Waterford Crystal Lismore Diamond 5x7 Frame

Q: I just bought this as a gift for my friend. Can't figure out how to insert a photo into this frame?

There is a ckear plastic insert in front that has to be pried out. For such an expensive frame and being WATERFORD is shocking. I just received it and the plastic is scratched. It's also impossible not to scratch the tabs while trying to remove it from the frame.

Q: Is the dimension of the frame really 16 x 16 inches?

That was probably the size of the original box. I'm guessing the outside dimensions are about 11x13 to fit the 5x7 photo.

Q: why does the bottom center of the frame have a different design? looks damaged? is it really like that or is something wrong with this photo?

Hello,This is clear crystal, the stand attached to the back, holding the frame up is visible through the front. The design all around the frame is the same. Thank you Cashs Ireland 1-800-999-0655
