What a mess!
The rust proof design looks great, it is a bit on the smaller side, but the high sides allow for creative stacking. The problem is the drainboard; it's made of very stiff, thin plastic and within one use has cracked under the pressure of the weight of dishes drying in the rack. Water leaked all over my counter and floor. I tried contacting the seller through Amazon to see about replacing the drainboard, hoping they had a better product available, but Amazon reported that there is a problem with the recipient's email system. I don't want to go through the hassle of returning and replacing the whole unit, as it's just the drain board that's problematic. So I guess I'll have to pay more money to find a better drainboard. Disappointed.7/11/17 update... the company replaced the drainboard, which was great! However, even though it hasn't cracked and there are no visible holes, it still leaks. I think the angle may be an issue. Works okay if I remember to elevate with a sponge. Less messy, but I didn't have this problem with my last 2 drainboards in same apartment.

Off my counter
So far I love this draining rack I have a double sink and just leave it in the sink I don’t use often no need to take up counter space

I am very happy that I ordered this set
I thought this rack would be shaky but it holds my dishes and is stable. Only 2 issues I have is 1. the bottom space isn't high enough to set my pots and pans or drinking glasses, but that is ok for me, and 2. the drainer tray should be fabricated at an angle so the water drains out the sink end. As it is, the water collects in the bottom. I put layers of card board under the drain tray so the back end is higher than the front end and it works for me. except for those 2 items, I am very happy that I ordered this set.

Poorly Designed
When I first got this, I didn't think the pieces would even fit together. It was a bit of a struggle to snap them into place, but it was quite sturdy after that.My main issue with this is the design. The utensil tray hangs on the OUTSIDE of the product, so it does not drain over the drainboard (I let it drip over my sink). I thought that being "two tier" would give this a higher capacity, but the bottom rack is too small to hold much other than a few bowls or small cups. The top tier has slots for plates, but they are not angled, so my plates flop back and forth.I will be replacing this with a standard dish drainer: Rubbermaid AntiMicrobial In-Sink Dish Drainer With Silverware Cup, White, Large (FG6032ARWHT)

Best Buy Blues to UFaucet News!
I went to Best Buy initially to pick up a rack to fit inside my sink. It was cheaply constructed but the only one that looked small enough to fit inside my sink. It didn't fit so I had to return it. Then I tried Ufaucet's Rust Proof, In-Sink Dish Drainer. It is heavier construction, a nice solid cup for utensils and because of the rounded corners it fits perfectly in my sink. Well worth the cost. Good company. Good product. Buy it!

Might end up with rust issues?
Not really impressed with the quality. The style is exactly what I was looking for, but some of the coated wire pieces on the bottom of the rack aren't attached to each other. So you have what should be a seam where two pieces meet, but instead the pieces don't line up. I'm betting this exposes the wire within, and will therefore rust before too long.

GARBAGE!
I wish I could have given it 0 stars! Within a few weeks of use it had an oval chunk broken off from the tray and the dish drain had rusted! Perhaps the bad reviews are why they stopped availability. Don't buy this! Unfortunately for me, one week after taking delivery of this item I went away on a five week vacation and had missed the return window by the time I returned. So I had only used it a total of two and a half weeks by the time it had broken and rusted!

Right size, needs help draining
Works for small counter-top drying, but needs feet under the end to drain toward sink. I am improvising with a plate under one side so the water runs toward the emptying side. A little work to put it together (doesn't seem logical the way it fits), but works nicely!
