Very comfortable, very effective.
Handles small amounts of liquid very easily. It is very absorbent so there’s no discomfort from wetness. I can get by on one per day. I also found it to be more comfortable than some of its competitors.

Best I've found, BUT ....
I have been using the TENA Men Dry-Fast Core Moderate Adult Male Bladder Control Pads for some time and find them to be effective in terms of absorbency. The pads have a single adhesive strip down the middle which allows the sides to fold in, which I hate, also they aren't wide enough for me, as I experience leakage when it moves from side to side during the day.Despite this issue, I found that the pads are still the best I've tried so far. The absorbent material workes well and I didn't experience any discomfort while wearing them. They hold together well as I have accidentally gone swimming with them and they held together. Overall, I would recommend these pads to anyone looking for a reliable bladder control solution, as long as the size works for them.They are easy to carry them discreetly while out and about, the packaging is compact and easy to carry in a bag or pocket.Regenerate response

One strip of adhesion isn't enough. There should be a cross piece of sticky stuff too. Rest of product was good though.

Surprisingly comfortable and absorbent
They are lighter and thinner than other urine pads. I wasn’t sure they would work initially. Now, after wearing them for several weeks, I really like them. I like the extra wide wings that prevent leaking. They hold as much urine as the thicker ones. However, they carry it more comfortably. They, and the overnight version, are my go to pads.

Mixed Results
These pads are comfortable only when my incontinence is light. If I have a heavy day, they get bulky and tend not to keep the moisture away from my skin. I have had days where I had to replace the pad because it became to wet and bulky. They are ok but not noticeably better than other pads.
