Roland Foods Organic Tahini From Pure Ground Sesame Seeds, 16 Ounce Jar, Pack of 3

This tahini is quite a bit thinner than the other organic tahini I've bought. I bought it to use in my humus recipe; the first time I made it, hubby and I both thought there was a very slight bitter taste to it. I've made it two more times and don't taste the bitterness now---guess we got used to the taste. It is $3 cheaper per jar than what I get at Sprouts, so I will buy it again. I don't like the plastic jar, so I saved the glass jar from the last tahini I had bought and put it in that. I take it all out of the plastic jar, process it in the food processor to mix in the oil, and store it in the fridge in the glass jar.

Unlike the tahinis that I have bought in the U.S. that are made in the U.S., this tahini is delicious! This tahini tastes almost like peanut butter (which i am allergic to). This tahini goes so well with a banana and makes such a healthy snack. If you are making a tahini dessert, this is the one you will want! It's so creamy. I would probably use a different one for hummus, just because this texture is more smooth and the taste is more rich. I literally eat this every day, I'll even grab a tablespoon of it by itself as a quick snack that holds me over while I make dinner. It's that delicious!!

My items were broken a first for me from Amazon. I was very disappointed. I have never had the issue in the past. Now I am a bit leary abt future purchases of this nature.The product spilled in the bag it was in and the box also. I took pictures to upload.

Love it! bought it for making our hummus but it tastes so good I want to find other uses for it in addition to just eating it plain.

as to the question of how many jars, they did send three, however two of them popped due to extreme cold. cleaned "em and stuck "em in fridge, tastes great , wonder how long they will keep? just another thing to be aware of in the new economy, aint this fun
