Dryer duct cleaning made easy!
I used the product and it worked perfectly. We have a 19’ run to the dryer and I don’t think it was ever cleaned out. During clean out, below the brush, there was a huge accumulation of lint and tangled hair which caused excessive friction. The friction caused enough resistance to result in one of the rods spinning where the steel interference fit meets the plastic rod. We cut away the excessive lint, replaced the one rod, because there were plenty of extras, and continued without issue. This was a fun and gratifying project for the home we just purchased. The product worked perfectly and the price was right! Thank you! P.S. From researching, I strengthened each threaded coupling with duct tape and would recommend the same.

WORKS GREAT
In past years I used my leaf blower to push air through my dryer vent pipe. I thought the high velocity air would get all of the lint out of the 20 feet of vent pipe. I was wrong! I used the brush and a total of 15 or the 16 rods to slowly loosen all of the lint. Attached is a picture of how much lint came out of the vent pipe. I will now do this simple task every 6 months instead of just annually. It is very easy to use. It takes very little effort to run the brush through over 20 feet of vent pipe with a few bends.

Works great but can't handle really tight turns
I don't think my dryer duct had been cleaned out since the house was built in 1977, so this was long overdue. The device is simple to use, the only problem I had was that the larger brush couldn't get around the tight turns in my vent (which probably aren't even to modern code). I tried the smaller brush instead, and that did loosen everything up good, though it mangled the brush in the process. Taking a tip from another reviewer, I finished the job with a leaf blower! Just taped a plastic bag over the inside end of the vent, stuck the blower in the outside, and whoosh! It all blew down to the bottom of the vent. I then vacuumed it out from the inside. I ended up filling my Dyson canister three times with hard-packed lint. Super gross, but I bet my dryer will work so much better now, and less chance of a house fire. I have not yet been able to unscrew the plastic rods from each other, but even if I am not able to get it taken apart again and have to toss those, $25 for a duct cleaning was a bargain.

Cleans Two-Story Dryer Ducts With 90 Degree Turn Beautifully!
I have a two-story house with the dryer venting through the roof. The dryer vent has been an issue for years. It is hard to access because it makes a 90 degree turn upwards just a couple inches into the wall. This brush worked perfectly! The brush screwed onto a length of fiberglass. I screwed on another length and continued to feed them up the duct. It was way more convenient than wrestling with a long wire with a brush on the end. I pulled out a huge pile of lint! I feel really confident that this product cleaned out the duct well and will improve the operation of my dryer.

Flexible enough for at least one bend, and two heads with the 24' kit helpful for square ducts
This 24' kit worked great for my 24' dryer duct run. I was able to get it around one bend from either side, but wasn't able to get it past a second bend. The resistance increased so much I was afraid of breaking the rods when it was 16' into the duct work. Hooking up a blower on the other side of the duct I was able to push air and a lot of debris past the bristles, so I didn't have to keep pulling it out every time to clear the clogs. I removed bird nests, bird egg shells, unhatched gecko eggs, and mud wasp nests along with the dryer lint. I couldn't believe how much build up was in the duct. For the square duct run inside the wall, I was able to use both heads side-by-side to get better coverage, running two rods simultaneously and pushing them in and out manually (without rotation). Unscrewing the sections required pliers afterwards. I'm very happy this kit held up, and plan to clean my duct more frequently!

Excellent, use slow speed drill, always in forward! Professional clean!
I read some of the reviews and perhaps the duct work for others was not as ideal as mine. My duct work from my dryer is PVC and is under my slab. I decided to clean from outside to inside. I slowly added one or two sections at a time and used the slow speed setting on my drill. As I pushed the cleaning tool in, and also ran the drill. As I removed the cleaning tool, I also ran the drill. Make sure you always run the drill in forward to keep the linked extensions always screwed together. When I was done I did have to use two sets of pliers to uncouple the links, but this was to be expected. I did run the dryer while cleaning to help push the lent out. I would suggest wearing a mast and maybe some eye protection.

Minor connection issue
First use of product one of the screw in connectors broke, connector just spins in place. These are crimped in and tend to not hold up, could have been designed better. Love the ability to connect what you need. Hard to disconnect from each other because they self tighten when using.

Follow Directions
The product worked well, no problems. I used duct tape to pre-tape all the rods in 3 rod segments and then used electrical tape to attach the segments as needed. (I have about a 20' duct.) Using a cordless drill in forward rotation only, the cleaning brush did a very good job loosening the lint. Once I reached the end, I operated the drill in forward as I removed the brush from the duct. Then I ran the dryer to blow out any remaining lint. I removed the electrical tape and stored the 3' segments until their next use. I would recommend this product.
