Viking Microfiber Metal Free Wheel & Rim Brush

This is not my favorite brush to use and is actually more difficult than just using a rag. My wheels have lots of spokes and crevices but this is still a little too fat for most and does not bend or anything either.

I was looking for a non-scratch brush to clean the inner surface of the rims and the brake calipers. The spokes on my wheels are easy to clean with a sponge. This has worked well for me. The brush can reach all the way to the inner edge or the rim, and it's thin enough to do the brakes. It's all plastic and micro-fiber so no damage concerns. Great buy.

Wish it was easier to get the outer cover off in order to run it through the laundry. It's hard to get off and the force required tore the inner foam a bit.

This works well on the 21 spoke wheel. The tip is small & it tapers larger at the other end. Gets to the inner & outer spaces just fineWish the first owner had used it!

Easy to use , cleans wheels good. But after a month the handle pulls out of the center of the brush head which is made out of foam. No happy.

hello, i purchased this brush to do intricate wheels on my car. the soft terry cloth cover gets the brake dust off well. if i spray Griot's garage wheel cleaning spray, there isn't anything that does not come off. this brush does not scratch my wheels and leaves it super clean. it is well made. the handle unit is plastic and is strong enough to do the wheels without much pressure. my hands are not black after cleaning the wheels. after the job is finished, you can rinse out the black dust and leave it out to air dry. it is clean and ready to go for the next cleaning. a great product and delivery service. if your wheels are multi spoke (20) like alpina wheels, then you might need a small cloth to get to the sharp bends of the wheel spokes. otherwise, for most 5-7 spoke wheels, it is superb.

Comes apart and not durable. Company needs to redesign it to prevent microfiber cover from coming off while using.

I have a 2012 Camry XLE and this is so perfect for those wheels (and I suppose others). It's a little thick, so if you have real thin slots or openings in your wheels, it might or might not work. It's terry cloth, so it should never scratch. It's not a brush... more like putting a towel over a banana (assuming the banana had a handle) ... that's actually a pretty good description. It works great. I bought three, use them all the time, I toss them into the washing washing with the drying towels when I'm done. Cheap price and pretty decent quality. I recommend highly.

I only bucket-wash my cars using Palmolive liquid dish soap (because it has an almost neutral pH) and a pair of spit-end/soft brushes. I've coated the exterior surfaces with ceramic paint coating, including the wheels, so things clean up very easily ... the greatest benefit of ceramic paint coating.I was looking for something that could get between the spokes on both our car's wheels and found this item. After using it a few times, I can confirm that it works very well and has earned my recommendation.It's a simple design consisting of a plastic, non-marring handle/mount that's covered in a sponge that's wrapped in a micro-fiber cloth that can be removed for cleaning, if required. As with all such tools, it's important to remove any grit prior to applying any scrubbing pressure but, other than that, this tool has the right dimensions/rigidity to reach/clean the wheels quite effectively.
