I am a 30 year old white guy who still suffers from excessively oily skin and acne problems. I purchased this product a month or so ago as I wanted to try going "all natural" with my daily face cleansing regime, and I thought this would make a nice replacement for my acne control lotion.I am blown away by the results. I haven't had to use any lotion since I made this purchase, and a little bit of this oil goes a long way. When I apply the product my skin gets a small amount of shine (it IS oil, afterall) but that's it. My skin never looks greasy anymore and it doesn't feel oily. At all. Beyond that, I have some pretty severe acne scarring and I swear to god this product is slowly but surely healing those scars. I don't understand it. I don't want to understand it, I'm just glad it is happening.I feel so much more confident than before and I will be a customer for life! Thank you!!

Because of a big Moh's surgery scar on my face, I got rosehip oil to rub into the scar 2x daily for at least a minute each time. Eight months later, it's barely visible. (Natural process of course, but this oil is said to be very good for healing scars). I also use carrot seed oil and emu oil from same company. Sometimes applying all three within 5 minutes of each other....my dry skin loves it. Truly, I'm impressed and will buy again.

Use as a base layer at bedtime, underneath your face cream. Retinoids are highly sensitive to light, which causes them to break down. While you can wear it during the day, the best time will be an application right before you turn the lights off for the night.How much per application is 2 to 3 drops. Using the dropper, place the drops in the palm of your hand and gently massage over your face. More may be needed for dry skin and if you’re treating your neck.For twice daily, apply your second dosage in the morning. Even though the trans-retinoic acid will be compromised by the light, you will still benefit from the moisturizing omega 3’s and 6’s, as well antioxidants like the p-coumaric acid.After your morning application, apply a sunscreen. Since retinoids make your skin more susceptible to UV damage, it’s even more important to protect your skin from the sun. Plus, this will help slow down the degradation of the retinoic acid underneath.It has a short shelf life – a max of up to 6 months after the bottle has been opened. That’s assuming you always keep it tightly closed when not in use and stored away from heat and light.

So as a Master Cosmetologist I have access to a lot of high end products. This to me has been a saving grace. Having battled treatment for stage III breast cancer,the treatments destroy all healthy cells as well as the bad. This oil has replenished my nails from yellow&falling off to healthy&pink. Massaged into my surgery scars it helps keep the skin "more pliable", easing that tightness around my chest. It has helped my hair grow back strong and silky. Aaaannnd lets talk about the face! I love Leven Rose Organic Rosehip Oil!!! I am a survivor of Stage 3 Triple Negative Breast Cancer. I was told my best chance at survival was to undergo aggressive chemotherapy, bilateral mastectomies with immediate reconstruction and radiation treatments. It has taken a total on my body. I have had a plethora of healing issues, surgical complications and staph infection. I've have 12 surgeries so I have a lot of scar tissue and unsightly scars. Original Review: It smelled nice the first 2 days. Now it smells awful!Updated Review: within hours Amazon posted my review, Laura from Leven Rose refunded the money and sent a personal note. When I wrote the review I was not expecting a full refund. Am totally taken by surprise by their service. I bought three products from Leven Rose and haven't tried the other two yet, I will keep this communication in mind and reach out to the seller first should I have any issues with the other two products. After the kind of customer service I have received, I will give this Rosehip oil another chance.

I am in love with this product I have noticed a dramatic increase in the overall texture of my skin as well as my fine lines. love this! Before picture is on the right. I’ve been using this for 17 days and my current picture is on the left. I have also been using this product with a vitamin c serum.

Excellent quality. Arrived quickly. I've used other oils in the past Inc sweet almond,jojoba, coconut,all the usual contenders. I found this more effective than the others for instantly giving soft supple look to skin. I'm 35 and have hadv problem skin past 10years. Although actual spots are only an occasional issue my major 'nemesis' is small lumps underneath the skin. Unlike the standard spot which will go on its own these simply don't vacate unaided!! You've got to throw them out so to speak. Usually I've found the best way to do this is by every few wks giving my skin a good cleanse,steam followed by using gloved fingers and tissue extracting them by apply gently pressure(giving them a squeeze)!! From there I apply a bentonite/apple cider vinegar mask (which as controversial as it may be I find most effective when applied in a thick layer&then 'picked/peeled' off once dry!!! I know .most therapist would cringe as this but in my own experience I've found this leaves me with the best results!). Then I wipes off any remnants with a warm damp muslin cloth followed by splash of cool water. From there I apply a diy facial oil made with 2 teaspoons of melted Shea butter,20ml of this rosehip oil,5drops of frankincense e oil,4 of cypress eo,4 geranium 4 of lavender.....all mixed up in a dark glass bottle. I apply a few drops of this,warmed between clean palms,to my face using a facial massage technique(look on YouTube)for about 4min then blot any excess with a clean tissue pressed over my face for a sec.I realise this is certainly not the standard therapist advise but speaking personally after years of skin probs and literally tens of thousands of pounds wasted on products and therapies which gave either no results,initial improvements but then nothing or in some cases actually made my skin worse this has become my skin care regime. I do the mask twice a WK with a steam but do the full extraction process once to twice a month. I then use the Shea butter rosehip mixture on a eve after cleansing then in the morn a similar mix but minus the Shea butter. This has really made a huge difference.I've tried couple of other rosehip oils which were effective but when I switched to this particular one it really cranked it up a few notches. Excellent quality,inoffensive smell,good price.....happy customer.PS the extraction method I describe is what I've learnt works for me and my congested and bumpy yet with the odd dry patch and general overall '30+ not quiet full on wrinkled but losing its plumpness n youthful glow' kinda skin. All the oil free problem skin products I used during my 20s simply make my skin like sandpaper nowadays and still leave me with thousands of tiny little lumps under my skin which simply get bigger over time. The steam n squeeze method is definitely NOT something u want to do the afternoon or night before a big date or do as it will leave u a bit blotchy that night and possibly the odd lil patch the following day. I usually do it on a Sat eve (obviously 1where I'm not going out) and make sure I get my skin properly cleansed 1st then give good steam and ALWAYS use latex gloves and lots of clean tissue (don't try using the same piece to squeeze half a dozen lumps,your simply spreading any bacteria or contents of blocked pores about .....yukkkk!! Use 2 tiny pieces of tissue ,squeeze 1or2 if they're next to each other,make sure u pick up whatever came out of that blockage then grab clean bits of tissue and move onto another lumpy bumpy pimply blocked pore or follicle. The key is to open pores,close pores after pulling out any remaining nastynese with mask then close pore afterwards with cold water and .most of all CLEANLINESS CLEANLINESS CLEANLINESS!!! Do this an down time will be kept to minimal and followed by drinking cpl pints of water over next cpl hrs then a good nights sleep skin will be smooth n clear by sun morn,certainly mon morn if you had really really bad congestion with hundreds of nasty stubborn white pimples that had been there for months even yrs and required prolonged session of extraction. If so its worth re steaming every 20mins or so.......add cpl slices of lemon to the steam water.Again this won't be for most people skin but if you've had nightmares with tiny lumps under the skin rather than actual spots then this might be for u.

I have had acne issues since my teen. I never thought i will see a day where i will have pretty clear skin. I still do have some acne scars left. However, the appearance of my skin is still so much better then it used to be. Before this product i tried various techniques that i learned from watching countless YouTube videos. But this rose hip oil suggestion tend to be the best so far. I saw quick improvement within the first few use of it. My skin also got much softer. Having really dry skin has always been my issue but this oil really helps to moisturize so well i use it as my day and night moisturize. It also, makes my makeup look flawless.

I am very happy with this oil, I use it only in the evening. Makes my skin more radiant and moustrized. I will defintely buy this again. Very good price- very good quality.

This oil can be irritating if used everyday, so am only using once a week first. So therefore no definite results yet.

I have never used a rose hip oil before so can't compare it to any other, all I know is this suits my skin perfectly, my skin is much calmer and much smoother. I use this every night it's true the smell isn't what you expect but it's not noticeable once on the skin.
