I am 50+ and very active. A couple of months ago, my coach recommend this to help my joints. I don't feel my age, however my body will tell me otherwise from time to time. I had been taking this for two months and never really thought anything about it until I went on vacation and didn't bring it with me. After 5 days of no Cetyl Myristoleate, I was going for my daily run and was shocked at how much my joints were aching. I immediately ordered another bottle and started taking the next day. A few days later, I was back to normal activity and no discomfort whatsoever. Amazed at how this actually helps!

I am 66 years old and I am able to do sprints and weight lift without pain or injury using this supplement.

A friend of mine told me to try CMO for my sore shoulder joint which had been bothering me for close to a year. I took one dose per day. About 6 days later I realized that my shoulder no longer bothered me. I was stunned. Also, both of my knees hurt much less. I am not making this up and I am not saying that you will get the same results. It works for me. BUT the instructions recommend that your take 2 capsules twice a day. That's 4 capsules per day. Therefore, the 80 capsules in this bottle will last only 20 days. As you can see, I'm a whiz at math LOL. It's rather expensive to be buying a bottle every 20 days. Going forward, I will use this product only when I have aches in my joints..

So glad to find the original Response Products Cetyl Myristoleate. I originally used Response Products Cetyl M with my dogs through the years with wonderful results and shared it with friends and family with older dogs who also had excellent results. I used the human form. Both were amazing products that relieved pain and increased mobility. I recently found out that Coreceuticals is the former Response Products, I bought this product for myself and tried it with my dog who has arthritis gauging the amount according to his weight. He is now more active, and more comfortable and getting better steadily. Response Product now Coreceuticals manufactures a fine product that has helped dogs and humans alike by relieving pain and renewing mobility. Hard to find a better combination of ingredients for a better solution to connective tissue discomfort. Stay with it. Two in the AM and two in the PM. You may feel better sooner but give it at least a week.

My husband has tried many things and this one is the best for him. His knee has been swelling on him where he can't walk. Today the bull tried to run him down and he was able to crawl the fence and get out of the pen. His knee didn't swell or hurt him for the rest of the day.

Although this product DOES NOT completely eliminate my excruciating lower back pain due to 3 discs in my vertebrae being out of place, Cetyl Myristoleate IS AMAZINGLY effective helping my body to quickly recover to experiencing little to NO pain, tightness, and inflammation in my lower back area. This product is HIGHLY recommended!

I noticed no benefits from taking these after a full bottle of use.
