21" Imacasa Sugar Cane Machete - Wood Handle

Mine came with the edge not fully ground and the cheap pine handle is garbage and will break with use. I can’t really speak to the quality of the steel because I have to work on it before I can ever use it. It’s more of a novelty to me because we don’t really see cane machetes up north. I wondered about them when I saw them on swamp people and thought they looked cool.It wasn’t expensive and in my case I can put a handle on it and sharpen it. It wouldn’t be a big deal but there’s all these labels of quality management and lifetime warranty and indestructibility in the item description and stuck to the blade. It’s nonsense.I did pay for it. It should be a little better than this.
