My first themed room! Was so excited to find him. He's not super heavy like a cast iron pan, so I am sure he will gaurd the toilet paper well. through no fault of his own, I am going to spray him w a metal clear coat though just in case. My bathroom isn't huge so steam builds up. I don't want a battled wounded octopus leaking rust down the wall. Came w a couple screws and was packaged very well in foam and appropriate sized box.

It is very well made. A bit on the heavy side, but easy to install. I did switch out the silver screws that came with it for brass, as I felt it matched the overall coloring better. I also intend to get a cream-colored roller as the white is very white and again would be a better match for the overall color.A great piece classy not cheap looking, and was perfect for the final touch on my under-the-sea bathroom.

This little dude was the perfect addition to our bathroom after we gave it a face lift and went with an octopus theme. Very sturdy, even with installing it into plaster walls. It seems to be genuine cast iron, and the best part is the tentacles holding the toilet paper roll extend out far enough to fit the jumbo size toilet paper rolls we buy. Will definitely buy from this seller again!

I like that it's made of metal. I had one that wasn't and a bottle fell off a counter and hit it. Thus, I had to buy a new one. So this is sturdy as a kraaken, comparably. Hated the black plastic roll, so replaced it with my metallic one.

This piece is actually quite sturdy. I spray painted it gold as soon as I got it. It came with the correct Hardware and was really easy to install. It goes perfectly with my octopus themed bathroom!

Can't wait to hang this with the new decor I find on Amazon. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE AMAZON

This replaced my resin one and I am very happy with it. No worries of it getting broken. Went on easier than most.

Absolutely love this, I don't know why but it's a lot bigger and a lot nicer than I actually expected. It was very easy for my dad to install so he said!Goes with the whole kracken theme of my bathroom and if I can find more products similar from this seller I would most definitely use them again. It's got a good weight to it and the simple insertion mechanics of it are sturdy and I feel if say you've got a handsy 4 year old who broke our previous toilet roll holder was to somehow break the simple insert it could easily be replaced with no damage to the lovely design itself.

Since posting a picture of our new addition to the toilet decor on social media, we found that friends and family are ignoring the social distancing rules to come and use our loo, just to get a look at it.We don’t mind visitors in “normal” times, but, we wished the manufacturer hadn’t made it so damn good. Thanks a bunch for encouraging rule breakers!! Pfft!

Great toilet roll holder. Just a be aware that the screw holes are not meant to line up horizontally. As you look atit the left srew needs to be slightly higher so that once installed the toilet role is horizontal. I made the mistake and to me it was quite apparent. Once I raised the left screw hole by 3-4 mm it looked fine. In addition be mindful when installing that the plasitc bar that threads through the toilet role is wider by design (sits higher) than the other. What I did was to affix the right screw loosly, add a toilet role then positon the whole thing to mark the left screw hole. Pretty heavy being cast iron and good quality. The sprung bar fits well with no problems of dropping out of the holder. Really pleased with it and worth every penny.

The toilet roll holder was incomplete and did not have a spindle, I contacted the seller and have heard nothing back so had to purchase 2 replacement spindles (£5-ish) poor service left didsapointed and out of pocket, cool looking product but based on my experience buy it from another seller.
