I was really surprised at what a great backpack this is. Because the price was low and it wasn't a name brand, I wasn't sure how it would hold up; 3 years later, it's looks like the day I bought it, even after several cruises, beach trips, and business trips. I love that it has a pocket that locks, has two drink holders on the sides, and has a massive amount of room inside. The charging cord is a nice feature, but I always misplace my USB charger, so I haven't really used it. Overall, it's a great backpack, and I would highly recommend it.

This backpack is great! I am using it for work with a 17" laptop, a wireless keyboard, and miscellaneous other accessories. Everything fits without an issue and it has soft, padded straps! I highly recommend this backpack.

I was worried that it wouldn't be as large as I wanted it to be (my laptop is 15.6") but it barely/snugly fit my laptop (It's a thick laptop).The quality is great, it's made of good material and I can tell it will easily last me a while, not to mention the price and color were exceptional given the purchase price! Honestly thinking of ordering a second one just to have if this one is ever damaged. :)I will admit that the security lock and cables and such are nice to have, but I largely ignored them (as I believe many of us will). Still, for those who do care about such things, the lock does work, and works well, the extra straps are nice though sometimes feel like you need to jimmy it a bit to open it up, and because the straps on the sides go over where you would put your water bottle, it can be a bit of a hassle to use the side pockets.But the front pocket can hold far more than it appears, and the backpack is sufficiently large enough to carry anything within reason, but is also just small enough to where it doesn't appear to be a large/clunky backpack.

It is the single most durable backpack I ahev ever used... I am a highschool student who has never used my locker at all this year so you can imagine I am carrying alot of weight around with me ~20-30lbs which normally kill most backpacks midway though the year yet this bookbag has not only survived but endured thought the school year. Best booksbag I have ever bought fit all my stuff ~6" of binder all in the main pocket and 4" of general papers in the computer pocket.

Purchased this bag as a day trip bag for theme park use. The locking zipper is an added security feature allowing for keys and personal belongings to remain safe. With plenty of pockets and room you could also slide this bag for overnights. Haven't had any wet conditions so water resistance is untested

I got this a few months ago, and i was just picking it up by the top strap and it just snapped. Hardly anything in the backpack. Poor quality, low capacity.

I bought this because I have a 15.6 laptop and I don't trust "Water Resistance" after killing a £1k laptop. So I needed a bag big enough to fit the laptop in, whilst still in it's own case, whilst in a plastic bag. This backpack easily fit it in with loads of extra room for junk. Very impressed. Lets hope it doesn't fall to pieces in a few months like every other backpack I've ever bought.

Love how much space there is and different compartments to keep things organised. I use it as handluggage for my work, it's comfy when heavy and does lock...not that I've figured out how to change the code and it didn't say! I wouldn't recommend it if you were pretty small as it is pretty big.

A sturdy, large laptop bag, with plenty space, cannot fault it, exactly what I wanted for my 17 inch laptop. Lots of pockets, place for my keys,etc. I love it

Plenty of space for 2 laptops including a 17 inch screen, space for water bottle and has the power bank usb connection, plus the luggage style tsa lock on the side to keep your stuff secure.

Good sturdy bag with lots of pockets and space but it is not black. My son likes it but his school does require black bags.
