You never know if these will actually help or not, but this helps to sooth my sore fingers after work or working out!

Good idea. Just a couple of flaws.There are nuts on the rollers so need to take them off with a sharp knife or it may scratch.Would be good if an inch or two longer so it reaches whole finger and knuckle Does help with pain relief once past the first 10 seconds of hurt when used.

I bought this for my Mum who has arthritis. She uses it do often and says it's brilliant! It really relieves the pain on her hands. I definitely recommend this!

As I use a computer a lot (and have done for decades now) I find I get a lot of stiffness in my hands and especially my fingers. This gadget appears, on paper, to be the ideal device to ease this issue.It arrives in a small brown cardboard box, with nothing else. Whilst it's not exactly difficult to work out, it would benefit from having some form of instruction on how best to use it. The end for the fingers probably doesn't need much explaining, but the hand roller isn't quite so simple. I find myself rolling it indiscriminately across whatever hurts at the time and, whilst this gives me some relief, I'm not sure if I'm doing more harm than good.The massager itself is a neat design. It's a lightweight plastic, but it feels fairly durable and the rubber massage wheels rotate reasonably smoothly. The finger roller is a claw design, which rolls smoothly over the fingers, massaging both sides simultaneously and using the natural resistance of the plastic to apply an appropriate amount of pressure. There are little wells on both sides which may indicate where you would grip it when using this side (instructions would help here!) and when holding at this point, you can apply a little extra pressure if you want. The hand massager, however, isn't quite as well thought out: the roller at this end is only slightly larger than the frame, meaning if you use it as shown in the pictures on this listing, the frame rubs against your hand and lessens the effect of the massage. I've found the best method is to hold the massager perpendicular to your hand and then the frame doesn't interfere, but this is neither the most comfortable nor most intuitive position to hold it. It's a shame, really, that the level of attention to detail in the finger massager wasn't carried over to this end.In use, it does feel quite relaxing and I've noticed it gives temporary relief from aching fingers, which isn't bad considering I'm still not sure I'm using it correctly. I've also found I pick it up and use it instead of my vape from time to time, so it's inadvertently helping me cut down on that, too. Maybe using it to ease anxiety isn't the best for my fingers, but so far it's not done any harm. At a £10 price tag, it's a little bit expensive, but it's a lot cheaper than paying a physiotherapist to give you a hand massage.If this had a better hand massager and some instructions on how best to use it, this could be a winner. As it is right now, it falls a bit short of excellence.

Very easy to use and good delivery. The finger massager is easy to use not much use the hand massager part of the device.

Very effective in relieving pain by massaging the palm joint together with Arnica balm to reduce finger and hand pain and swelling over several days. The inter carpal joint inflammation is even getting smaller with the massage!

Ich habe Arthrose in meiner Hand, besonders ein Finger ist sehr schmerzhaft betroffen.Mit diesem Gerät, welches ich nicht mehr missen möchte, kann ich den Schmerz zeitweise sehr gut lindern.Eigentlich gefällt die Massagerolle auch allen anderen Familienmitgliedern und ist daher oft im Gebrauch. Kleines Ding mit großer Wirkung! 👍🏼
