Smalltongue Black Colors Countertop Paing Kit for Kitchen

If you're going to order this, you really can't rely on getting the colors show in the description. I wouldn't really care if they had promised "assorted colors" but the listing clearly implies that the set comes with the 24 colors pictured. As far as I can see, I received no yellow, bright green, or bright purple. I got a lot of muted earthy colors instead, which is honestly fine for my purposes but I don't like that what I received doesn't match the listing, which is why I can't give this product more than 4 stars. Everything else in the kit seems great. The stand seems sturdy enough. Some reviews mention the pouring spoon doesn't sit in their stand on its own but I did not have that problem, it sits in the stand on its own without wax in it. The 4 tealights, the stamper + alt stamp head, and the two pens all seem good.

Great starter pack. Lots of wax colors to choose from and it stamps really well. It's a pretty pliable wax when dry, which I like if it's an intricate design stamp that I want to stay intact when opening a letter. I saw a couple reviews saying the spoon doesn't sit independently in the little holder (that you have to hold the spoon) but mine sits perfectly in the holder all by itself, whether it has 5 beads of wax or no beads. It comes with 2 stamps (not used in my picture) that look very pretty. I included a pic of the wax I used on a tag. I just added a dark purple bead, light purple bead, and a white shimmery bead to the spoon. The wax stamp design itself is *not* part of this kit, but you can see how well the wax itself performs with a more intricate stamp.

We got this wax sealing set for my daughter for Christmas. She had seen a wax seal earlier in the month and had thought it was intriguing. She has loved it! The kit contains all you need—wax, stamps, and candles.She has had fun melting and stamping and melting and stamping (she’s even written more letters than usual because she had had so much fun). She has had fun trying different wax combinations to create different effects. It takes less than a minute to melt the wax down. The trickiest part is wiping the spoon/ladle off with a paper towel while the wax is still hot enough to come off, without burning a finger. After a few hesitant tries, she is even mastering that.

Only qualm is that one bead isn’t enough to make a full stamp. If they ever make these into wax sticks I will buy them, especially the glitter ones! I love everything else! As it is meant for beginners, some tips would have been nice on how many beads to use and how to clean the spoon. I had to figure that out for myself.Update 12-19-21: I have tried using several beads and I have tried using just one or two. Sadly the wax after drying sticks to the imprint and the rest to the envelope, ruining the design.

The media could not be loaded.  Out of the box, this is a nice set to begin wax-stamping letters. I only gave 4 of 5 because the wood wax warmer came apart and the spoon will not sit in the cradle without help. There is no “resting” it while you stamp, like the photo shows so going to need someplace to set the spoon after heating and pouring the wax. I haven’t melted anything yet but I’m hoping to start this evening.**I just wanted to update positively and say that I thoroughly love this set! I glued the wooden candle cover and just rest my spoon on an oven mitt. It’s perfect! ❤️**

I love these wax beads and feel they're better than previous ones I've had. They melt easier without excessive bubbles which makes for clean stamps. The metal part of the furnace is obviously hot glued on and slipped on me but I fixed it. My only complaint is that you have to set the spoon in the furnace in a very particular way otherwise it falls off. My neighbor's slammed their door shut once and it knocked the spoon out of the furnace hole. I have another spoon that doesn't have such a large handle so I just use that instead if I can't hold it myself despite liking the spoon it comes with more.

Great little starter kit.It comes with a lot of wax beads and the holder is secure. I found 3 work well for the seals that it comes with without too much extra surrounding but doesn't cut off the image on the stamp.The stamps are nice weights and the handle is smooth and works as intended.Tealight candles are just as they are, they do produce a lot of soot on the spoon.Spoon handle doesn't get hot and functions as intended on the furnace. It will fall over if it doesn't have wax in. It does not stand in place.Overall nice intro and easy to add on to

I bought this as a Christmas gift for a friend that likes scrapbooking and making her own letters for people. She loved it. The only thing that wasn't that great in my opinion was how the packaging left all the items inside moving. I'm sure there was a nicer was to pack the items together but it would all move around in the box; especially the candle heating piece in the box would seperate and move around everywhere. Other than that it was a great gift and she was quite excited to receive it saying her, "letter making game is up there now."
