I tore both my medial and lateral meniscus in a downhill biking accident - oops - and need to do physio to improve it. This helps stretch my legs out properly, which I'd struggle to do otherwise.I also sit all day for my desk-based job, so I'm starting to dabble in yoga - this is a massive help for it!The only thing that bugs me with it is that the "middle" foothold isn't actually quite in the middle, so one length is shorter than the other when you're holding it - but that's a minor detail.

Strong and plenty of hand/foot holds

First time using one of these and I love it. I have back issues so even gentle exercise can hurt but this really makes a difference and makes stretches so much easier .

Strap is well made and all the seams are sturdy. Great little booklet give simple and effective exercises, simple to follow and works really well.

You feel like you have total control over the stretches unlike therabands which I find hard to keep hold of with my carpal tunnel. This is comfortable and superb quality. I have recommended to friends and will continue to. Am thrilled with it.

Just the job. Strong and the different loops allow you to increase/develop the stretchThe only improvement I would make would be to change the number of loops so that there is a have central loop so you can do one leg at a time using one loop in the centre. Minor issue though

This is great for improving flexibility. I can stretch by following a manual and use this thing to hang on a ceiling so I can do hanging leg raise.

Really happy with this strap, I had a total knee replacement 9 months ago. My only wish is it would be great if there was a dvd either with it, or I could buy one, there's plenty of stretch band dvd's but no dvd's for this one!! If anyone can help me with this I would be very grateful 🤔🤔🤔
