I feel goofy writing a review on ginger, but here I am.I opened the bag and the aroma was pure heaven! So sweet, so flavorful, unlike any grocery store version!So I added it to my coffee (like always and with cinnamon) and HOLEE SMOKES! I could actually taste it in every sip and it makes my coffee even sweeter tasting!I'm in heaven!Seriously, I was just looking out for costs, I did NOT expect this! It's amazing!I won't buy the grocery stuff ever again! It's this or nothing!Highly recommend!

This ginger is absolutely flavorful! I use it in my protein shakes, along with turmeric and pepper and I can't tell you how lovely the ginger flavor is. I made GF gingerbread as well, and it was fantastic! I will repeat this purchase once I'm running low! Delicious! And a great value to boot! What's not to love?!

This ginger powder's smell is potent and undeniably Ginger which is a huge bonus since store-bought and other brands can sometimes have just a hint of ginger smell. This pack's fresh and came in a sealed, resealable pouch, although I moved it to a 16oz mason jar. I wanted to see if the amount matched up and yes it all fit with some shaking and counter tapping to settle it. My nose noticed the quality first lol but seriously while scooping out, I began sneezing as if inhaling pepper...not back-to-back but about 4x during and had to step back and out to blow my nose. I figured, "hell, I must be sick and not know it" because I've got snot running like it was there before opening this pack! That actually was the point where I said this is some good ish, yep this is the first time buying from them but it's got my vote after clearing out sinuses and stuff. The reason I took a star is only because I'm weird when it comes to ratings...meaning, personally I think 5-star ones are more likely than not paid for, incentive-based or because somebody just threw the rating on there so I typically will not give 5s, instead my best is 4 star since I think that's where us real folk tell it like it is good, bad or different. So yep, if you want some bang for ya buck and potentially snot-dropping/head-clearing ginger this is what you want in my opinion and you don't have to put high gas in the car to get it.

This ginger tastes great and has no woody aftertaste like other brands. Highly recommend.

I bought this kinda by accident. What an awesome mistake! I add it to most drinks. Helps with reducing inflammation intestinal related & so many other health benefits (just research) I now crave the taste. I have got to the point its so zesty my husband can’t drink it bc its too zesty LoL Add it to alcoholic teas for a zesty treat!

Definitely worth the money.
