Absolutely brilliant. A real game changer for me. My knees don't hurt anymore. I really hope other people can get the same sort of benefit I have. I have worn them constantly for 5 months and am now changing to a new pair.

I like the material they're made of very much. The cushioning / plush feel is great, with a nice bit of rebound too. I have healthy feet and arches though, and find that little bit of arch support causes my gait and posture to shift automatically. And I don't like that. I've had insoles do that before and it causes my standing posture at rest to be slightly bent forwards. It took a long time to correct my posture by going back to regular insoles with no arch interference. So these are not for me. I'd buy them in a heartbeat if there was a flat version though, perhaps with a linear 4mm drop from heel to toe. The material is great.

Bought these for hubby before going to NYC. He has back & knee issues and these really helped take pressure off. Walked over 30 miles and he said the insoles made such a difference to him.

Don't work well - poor return window. The egg thing in the advert is a really poor demonstration. An N=1 study? Ridiculous. Drop 100 eggs, record the results and then let's see how it holds up.

Stand up for 12 hour shift and these did not make any difference

Can’t say the comfort was any more than my regular Superfeet. Also not sure I felt any extra energy return which was what I had hopped for
