The strings are too thin and too tight sometimes cutting into gums when pushing them through your teeth. Also the placement of the second string serves no purpose - would be better have the strings in a cross position.

I've tried several different twin and single line floss picks over the years but I keep coming back to these. They're bigger than most which I prefer as it makes them easier to handle and manouver into position. They also remove more food debris than any other brand I've tried which often require mulyiple passes to get everything cleared. The only downside is that the lines do fray quite easily and occasionally break before the job is done.

Seit Jahren schon nutze ich die doppelt bespannten Zahngeigen, da sie deutlich effektiver in der Entfernung von im Zahnzwischenraum befindlichen Dingen wirken, als jedes einfach gespannte Teil. Wundersamerweise bekommt man aber die "Doppelspanner" nirgends (z. B. dm Markt oder Rossmann) zu kaufen außer auf Amazon. Über die Jahre habe ich verschiedene ausprobiert und werde jetzt bei diesen hier bleiben. Zum einen, weil die Qualität 1A ist, aber auch, weil sie preislich einfach die günstigsten sind.

I decided to buy these because they were less expensive than some of the other products but had good reviews.They work very well. They are much better than dental floss which has always been difficult for me probably because my teeth are somewhat close together. These work great. The handle gives it just the leverage I need to completely get between my teeth. They are durable, do the job and are a good value.
