I've got loads of Carhartt stuff from shorts to tee's, sweats to jackets and I know how generous they can be on size. I usually take xl on sweatshirts and tee's etc. but I read the reviews and ordered large this time and am I pleased I did! It fits perfectly whereas an xl this time would have been far too big. If there's one drawback from being a Carhartt fan, its the variability of the sizing. But, as always, the quality of this shirt is great and well worth adding to my collection. Just go a size smaller than you'd usually get Carhartt in.

Looks and feels quality. Recommended. One thing to note, it wears bigger than you might think, what I mean is a size L is as big as an XL from a different company. So if you usually wear a larger size, go a size down.

As nearly ever other review mentions, go a size down. Infact I normally buy large but iv ended up with a small there so oversized.Apart from that it's a great shirt.

The top was a Christmas present for my husband. It arrived in a see through bag, so he knew exactly what was inside.He no longer believes in Santa - thanks a lot.Top was just as he wanted.

Brought for my partner who’s 6ft 2 and quite a big build (16 stone). I got him a large and it fitted well, quite loose fitting but what you want for a work shirt.

The quality is great but the one I received is 56" chest and the size guide is nothing like it said XXL is 40" chest
