Works very well, used for a toddler to help him.Got a free tester from Amazon, but that size was unavailable to re-purchase, found this bigger size and I immediately bought it for my daughters son.She says it works well and makes a difference.

Relaxing, good for cramps
Lovely relaxing scent, very soothing as part of my bedtime routine. The lotion absorbs well and isn't sticky. Works well on my neck spasms, but doesn't seem to help my sleep issues (which is why I initially purchased). Hence 4 out of 5 stars.

I use this everynight before bed and managed to avoid cramps in my legs during pregnancy. Also the smell is just divine.
