After years of antibiotic use, my gut issues had escalated and cause too many issues. Started using many supplements including probiotics and enzymes, but only after I incorporated prebiotics was when things really improved. After many years, don't use probiotic or enzyme supplements regularly, but continue to use this product. It gives the gut fuel for the good bacteria to thrive and increase mineral absorption. Promotes a healthy gut microbiome and a stronger immune system. As many have stated, all the way back to Hippocrates, all disease starts in the gut. Not 100% true, but when your gut is healthy, your health is greatly improved.The consistency of this product has been excellent and high quality. It does not have much taste which makes it easy to mix into a protein shake or smoothy, which is how I take it. Never tried mixing it into food. 1 scoop is around $0.50/serving which makes it a great value. Initially chose this one because it has 3 different ingredients. Others have 1 or 2 and they did not work as well. This product has made a difference in my life and my gut was finally healed and I now very rarely have any gut issues. I attribute much of it to incorporating this product. Highly recommended.

I'm a dietitian so I'm highly skeptical of supplements right out the gate. I've done many papers and research on supplements including prebiotics.I've also had issues with my stomach bloating and being in pain since I was probably born.I have an inability to burp and sometimes it doesn't go through the southern exit either. For years, I've been heavily dependent on smooth muscle relaxers to reduce my pain. Which sucked because it was a reactive regimen, not proactive. Sure, I liked that I had a pill to stop my pain but it's even better to not experience the pain at all.Anyway, I've been taking this supplement daily for about two weeks now. I took a full scoop the first day and I burped so loud. However, haven't since then big BUT, I have not experienced bloating nor pain in my stomach since. That's never been my norm. I can't guarantee it will work for everyone as every body is different, but I could almost cry with how grateful I am.Unexpected side effects that I won't say will absolutely happen for all - satiety almost all the time, virtually no cravings, and I've unexpectedly lost a bit of excess weight. I believe it's because I'm eating less now. My meals are smaller. It makes sense.I usually mix it with yogurt or saucy foods (curry, pasta sauce, blended salsa, hummus) really whatever wet part of food you have. It would do well in oatmeal, grits, thick soups protein shakes, smoothies, etc. I'm sure it tastes like something but I don't detect it in my food. It smells lightly of sawdust but i would say it's inoffensive.I've recommended it to >5 friends, family, coworkers if they have had complaints of GI issues. I've also started a running subscription.Living a pain free life is one of the best things to have ever happened to me. I hope it doesn't stop working.

There's a photo in the header of the reviews that echos my experience. Ordered multiple containers in August 2024, and they came with December 2024 experation dates. I opened one of them. The product had absorbed enough water (no moisture-absorbing packets included) to have hardened - I had to smash it with a spoon to break up the clumps. And you do need to break up the clumps, otherwise it will not mix well with your morning oatmeal. The concentrated clumps are NOT tasty.Expiration dates may not realistically reflect when the product goes bad. I emailed the company to get their comment on the subject. No response.Does this product work? Hard to say, I use multiple products and I'm doing OK.Update 4/10/25They reached out about this review and offered me a full refund of my last order. I will order again, and hopefully the expiration date will be more than a couple months out. It does improve the texture of my oatmeal (I add it after the oatmeal has been mwaved), IMO, when not clumped. I think it helps digestion, but I take multiple things to aid digestion.
