Strong hand Tools PE6 Expand-O Pliers, 6.5-Inch

We had a reusable filter and housing installed many years ago, I wouldn't recommend a reusable filter btw. Going back to traditional filters was great except that removing them was a chore as the filter would catch on the filter housing, approximately 1 1/2" in. This tool seemed like a fairly common concept, but this was the only expandable that I could find. It did the job that I required and we can now replace filters effortlessly. Thanks Amazon!
