It's very nice looking and elegant. However there isn't much space for small items. It's very comfortable on the back.

I bought this bag because I wanted something sleek and slim that didn't look like a typical backpack (with mesh pockets or straps hanging off it). For this purpose it does the job but I disagree with some reviewers that say it looks better than the pictures. Based on the pics I was expecting something slightly reflective but this material is completely matte and when you look at the zoomed in pictures you see how visible the white dots are. When you look at the smaller zoomed out pic it looks nice, slightly reflective and the dots are an accent but in person these dots REALLY stand out. I'm not saying it's ugly but I will have to get used to it. I would have preferred something less matte and the dots a bit more inconspicuous.Things I like about this bag1) design - this is a great looking bag - dots and matte finish aside. The one big zipper thing is sooooo cool even if it's more form than function.2) the pocket organization is amazing. There are so many pockets I don't think I'll use them all but I love how they are all placed. The back pocket is one of my favorite features of this bag.3) the blue vinyl material inside is beautiful and lets you see easily deep inside the bag - all bag designers should learn from this trend of putting lighter colored materials on the inside of a bag for better visibility.4) the size, for me, is perfect, it's slim but big enough to carry everything I need with a touch of room left for a jacket or sweater without looking bulky on my back. The things I hate about this bag.1) the straps - Besides the screaming loud dots, the straps were the second thing I noticed on this bag, the padding is almost non-existent. They felt so stiff and hard and thin that I thought this bag was a fake (I've found out since it's not fake). This aside;however, they are mostly comfortable. They dig into my body a bit because they are stiff but I think this will soften up over time but without any real padding I'm not sure how long this will stay comfortable. But I do like how you can fold them into the bottom strap for a less cluttered look when not in use.2) There are no airflow vents on the back padding. The padding is almost like a type of neoprene, not very thick but soft and comfortable on the back but it's completely flat so my back was soaked on the warm day I used it. I will not be using this bag in the summer because of this.3) I think there should be a velvet soft material in the top quick access pouch for delicate items like phones or sunglasses. The material in here is like nylon which probably won't scratch anything but I wouldn't feel comfortable putting something delicate in there unprotected. Incase bags do this soft fur like lining very well, I wish there was something similar in this bag.4) the side pockets are not useful until you completely take the bag off both arms. When you slip one strap off to sling it to the front the bag makes the pocket wavy and you can't easily zip it back up with one hand which leads me to the next item....5) The sturdiness. The back has no support to keep it stiff, the foam is soft and will probably only get softer over time. I don't have the insert stuck to the Velcro. If you do, maybe that's what is supposed to keep it stiff but I actually prefer not sticking it to the Velcro so that I have the two small extra pockets in the flap that covers the Velcro and also so I can just pull the insert out with my laptop and cables in one shot. I guess I just wished there was some kind of support to keep the bag in as close to the shape as you see in the picture. I love bags that I can just stand up on the counter and support themselves. I think that as the material of this bag gets used and softens up (both back padding and front material), it won't be able to keep it's shape well, I'm already noticing this after one day of use. Some might like this "used" softer look but I prefer bags that keep their shape because it's built into the design, this bag doesn't exactly have this.6) oh and the handle on the top feels like it's from a $10 bag. I'm guessing it's a vinyl to look like leather but it feels like plastic and I hate holding it in my hand. Maybe it will soften up over time and feel more comfortable...let's hope but it looks cheap compared to the rest of the bag.7) and one last minor thing - you can feel the zipper at the bottom of your bag on your back. As I mentioned, the foam padding on this bag is thin so it doesn't stick the bag out far enough from my back to keep the zipper off the back. So far it's not uncomfortable but it's annoying to feel it because i notice it, I don't think we should feel it on our back even if it's not uncomfortable. It's a bad design choice. If they had made the padding on the back and shoulders straps a touch thicker, this would allow some kind of venting on the back and keep the zipper from touching your body which in turn would make this bag much better and more comfortable.8) the price, I don't think the things I mentioned above make it worth the price I paid because some aspects of this bag feel cheap to me. I expected a little better. This bag shouldn't cost more than $100 in it's current configurationOverall I am still happy with my purchase because this isn't going to be my everyday bag, if that was the case, I would have returned it. I will use this when I don't want to carry too much stuff and when I am wearing nicer clothing that needs a sleeker slimmer nicer looking bag which is the reason I bought it in the first place but I'm a little disappointed in the lack of quality in the things I mentioned above. Also, a side note, the box that it came in was completely smashed in on one side. I don't know who was responsible, this could have been the courier company. It didn't affect the bag inside but I've never seen a box so damaged before so maybe they need better boxes for shipping.
