10/10 tried for the first time & it worked like a charm! I was nervous with it being enclosed but the loaf turned out beautiful!

Rust issues
I really like the look and design of this product but I am sad that it instantly rusts. Any moisture it installed turns brown and I don't feel safe baking with it. This happened after my first use when washing and drying the item.

A solid performer
Onscreen, this pan doesn't look all that big. In person, when one sees how deep it is, it is impressive. It is made of a nice, heavy gauge carbon steel with a siliconized nonstick coating. The included pastry brush and plastic bench knife/scraper are especially useful. At 4.5 inches deep, it is a bit too deep for me to feel comfortable using in my air fryer oven because the top and bottom would be too close to the heating elements. For the past several weeks, it has also been way too hot to do extended baking in the big oven - it's 82 or so in the house. So I decided to christen this pan making a lemon pound cake. I know - it's a wet dough, but even without the recommended piece of parchment, only a tiny drop escaped through each vent hole, which is acceptable to me. The corrugated interior and the nonstick coating did their job, and my lovely golden lemon pound cake released cleanly. It was evenly baked throughout with a nice crumb. Only a few crumbs lodged in the corners, which I removed using an old toothbrush that I keep in my dishwasher for such things. I strongly recommend hand washing and avoiding metal utensils in order to maintain the nice finish of this pan. I am looking forward to baking sourdough and cinnamon raisin bread in this pan when the weather is cooler.

metal circle too big for the square
I just received these and at first glance was super happy. But then I dropped the metal circles (included in a seperate little plastic bag) and they are too big, so they sit about a 1/4 of an inch above the hole. This will not only make it so the bottoms of the dessert aren't flat, but I expect it to create quite a mess as batter will come out the bottom.

It’s okay
The pan is okay, the bread comes out weird when I use it

Pullman bread pan
I worried about the quality of the pan for the price but this bread pan has now made well over 20 loaf's and I couldn't be happier !

works very well
I am using this pan to make Rice Bread and the results are excellent.Easy to clean 'non-stick' surface is a great feature. the lid allows enough gap to slide over parchment paper holding it in place during baking. Watch the temps though as these do have a fairly low tolerance to excessive heat before you can have issues with the coating.

Nothing exceptional, but works fine
There seems to be different reviews about different products, so a potential customer will have to look at them first. This review is for the round muffin pan. Essentially, it's a small cupcake pan with removable bottoms, which make releasing the muffins or cupcakes slightly easier. The seller says that the pan is dishwasher safe, but even if it is, I don't think I would. Everytime I sent similar pans in the dishwasher, they came out less and less non-stick with each use. Also, as it's non-stick, it's preferable not to use metal utensils on it (if you ever need it). What I like :- Works fine for mini-muffins. I didn't have any pans for that size.- It's a little bit easier to remove the muffins with the removable bottom. What I don't like :- There's a small separation/ridge between the cup and the pan, meaning stuff can get in there which is harder to clean.- Small defects. Two of my bottom pans had slight scratches, meaning I had to use liners with them. QC issue I guess.

4⭐ Not As Practical as I Hoped, 3.5⭐ Good if you Don't Want to Use Muffin Liners
This is a decent pan for making muffins with thick batters or items with crusts. Anything else will leak. No crustless quiche or cheesecakes. It's not a stamped pan. It's three separate components. The top, the cups and the bottoms. So there is a ridge for catching gunk between the top and the muffin cups. All the bases fit in the muffin cups and work fairly well.If you are a frequent baker, this could be a decent specific use pan for you. But if not, I would suggest just getting a plain pan.Even though not my favourite, it's as advertised and there minimal defects. (One pop-out came pre-scratched.). I personally wouldn't order again.TIP: DO NOT stack the pop outs and DO store them in the cups. They stick together and are a super P.I.T.A. to separate.
