Very happy with this whitening kit! The trays are soft and flexible and would fit a wide variety of mouths. The gel is nice and thick, stays on your teeth for as long as you want. It is a very strong mix and works fast, I noticed a big difference the first time I used it, 30 minutes while watching TV. My girlfriend was amazed at how much whiter my smile was. I'm ordering another kit for her. The kit has 2 sets of the trays so 2 people can share one kit, my daughter ran off with the spare trays and half the gel syringes to use at her place. LOL! My dentist charges $70 for a 30 minute session and said it would take 4-5 sessions to get the results I wanted. I paid around $28 for the kit, so at a bare minimum I saved $200-$300.

The instructions seem confusing but once you lay them out and read each step at a time as you do it, it really very easy. But u do have to follow the instructions fully. It's important to get the tray molded perfectly so, as gross as it sounds make sure that once u put the tray in your mouth and up on your teeth, suck out all of the spit and purse your lips together and suck. This avoids any gaps where if there are gaps the gel won't rest against your teeth. Finally, don't be afraid to trim the trays to fit comfortably. I trimmed little bits at a time before and after boiling to perfectly fit. Plus, I like that this was two in the order. I expect quite a bit of use before you'll need the 2nd one...but you'll have it! I would definitely buy again.

If you have dental trays made in a dentist's office it costs a lot of money. These were reasonably priced and my husband was able to make a good impression of his teeth to be able to wear whitening strips. He did have to boil the product longer than recommended for the bottom tray, but it finally worked and the impression is perfect.

Hard to rate product. Technically, it works as expected. Using very hot, just boiled water, the trays mold to the teeth very well and really grab the teeth when inserting. They are not loose if you form them with good pressure and some mouth suction.The issue I have is all of the excess material. You can certainly cut off the edges, but it remains really bulky under the teeth. This makes wearing them for any length of time unnecessarily burdensome. If you have ever had custom made trays, you’ll see a night and day difference in comfort and fit. I’m going to dump these and get custom trays again.

Was not pleased at all in how thick these mouthpieces were even after having shrunk from sizing them. They are so thick that you can really one have it in on top or bottom at a time and not both at same time.Additionally, there is a horrible plastic type aftertaste when forming and in using - so much so that I stopped using them.

Due to grinding my teeth at night I’ve tried a number of different mouth guards over the years and this is hands down the best. I bought this mainly to use to whiten my teeth as I recently spent the $100 for a night guard from my dentist but wish I had found this first. I found the molding process easy when following the exact instructions included in the package. Not only do the trays fit snuggly, they provide ample material between my teeth so that I’m not able to grind during my sleep. Most importantly they’re extremely comfortable to wear all night.

Man! So disappointed. I finally pulled these out to make them and they are super bully. These are more like night guards. I followed the directions and make two trays, neither of which could be used because the plastic or whatever was so thick it only made slight waves in the material where my teeth would be so that the tray had a better grip. Not so that it could hold whitening product on your teeth.

I followed the instructions extremely closely, and they were pretty detailed. It worked just as it said. I bought these for whitening trays. I do have to whiten the top and bottom separately as the trays don't fit well in my mouth together. One tray fits great though and if I needed it for sleeping to avoid grinding as well, I am confident it would be comfortable and work for that as well. It comes with a nice case for the trays and two sets of trays as well which could be useful if you ruin one or need another for someone else.

Purchase for teeth whitening.Waist of money, tray are very thick and can’t close my mouth at all even with only one tray in. I’m very unhappy with a product !

I bought these to replace a set I had custom made for teeth whitening. The dentist's version is soft and fits perfectly around my teeth (and obviously you pay a lot more for custom made molds). Even so, these are made of thick rubber and do not sit at all comfortably in the mouth. I found the lower set almost impossible to mold to my teeth because the thickness prevents you from sucking out all of the air/water to make them fit snugly. I ruined the first pair as the walls folded in on themselves and I was unable to 'unstick' them successfully. Overall, they're 'OK' and I'll update once I've used them with the whitening gel but overall, I wouldn't recommend them.
