Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, 148ml

I have a bit of a taste for hot food and being a veggy, I have things like air fried cauliflower, slathered with this sauce. It is fairly hot, but won't have you clutching your throat and screaming. On Frank's website, they recommend combining this hot sauce with some melted butter and covering your chicken wings( I don't), cauliflower or whatever. I have discovered that it goes well on air fried, courgettes, aubergines, and a host of other things. Yummy.

There are plenty of hot sauces these days. Most much hotter than Franks which is about 3000 on the schoville scale.But it still hss a brilliant flavour and enough heat to add the desired effect to most recipes and is much less vinegar tasting than the other famous brand.Of course, you can add drops of much hotter sauces to increase the heat if you want.But great as it is on eggs, chips, burgers, tacis etc or using to add mild heat and chilli flavour to a dish.

This sauce packs heat with a slight acidity. Not for all but I love this sauce. It's great on chicken wings.

The Real Thing for barbecue lovers like me. Have yet to dare to try the enticing recipe from foodwishes.com, which is why I bought the sauce!

I bought this for my brother and he was very impressed. I will be purchasing more as it didn't last very long. :)
