Arrived in a neat well packaged envelope which initially made me think it wasn't going to be big enough, once out of packaging you can tell it will. A tip if you buy this as I did for a new cantilever umbrella make sure you understand how to fully close the parasol first. I tried to fit it before the parasol collar is slid up which ensures the whole cantilever arm is flush with upstand. This meant I was trying to force the cover over the partially closed cantilever assembly.

I am sure this does the job for many however it is too narrow for my umbrella. Also the only way I could put it over the top is to pull the umbrella down at an angle, but that’s hard as I have it weighted down. I’ve now ordered an extra large one and that one comes with a pole to help you reach up to place it over the umbrella. It then has a zip and looks better for my needs.

Pros. Does the job, well made, does not leak.Cons. Thinner material is used, careful handling required.Summary: Its well made, though it's thinner than the one it replaces. Not sure how well it will stand the weather yet.

Excellent cover, performing well. Easy to use and big enough to cover our 3m parasol when folded down.

Received within a couple of days of ordering it. Fits the parasol perfectly. Won't know how durable it is in the winter months until we experience those conditions.Well I have to revisit my review of last year. I need to say that in the first big autumn storm of 2017 this product split along the top and by the end of the night was completely shredded by the gale, failing miserably to protect the parasol underneath. So don't believe all the hype, this product failed to live up to expectations in a big way!

We bought this just over a year ago. We used it outside for a few months then, when the weather turned, we put our parasol, with this cover on it, into storage indoors in our garage. When we took it out, it had rotted away. Very weak fabric, not up to the job and not designed to last. To get only a year's wear out of something which spent most of that time indoors is pretty poor. Avoid.

I was a little unsure whether this cover would fit my cantilever garden umbrella. I needn’t have worried, it’s huge. I’ve tied a couple of bungee cords around it to stop flapping in high winds. It could maybe have been better if something was supplied with the cover to enable that. But the silver color looks good and it was so lightweight and easy to fit over the umbrella and stand.
