Bit of a let down !
Bought these as fresh beansprouts were out of stock. A bit disappointing, they were a bit limp and having been in the can had lost there firmness and crunch. Ok I suppose at a push but personally I would only use in soups or broths as to use in a fresh stir-fry would be rather disappointing.
