Cable length
The cable was very short even after it stated the cable would be a good lengthIt means I have had to order extra cable and junction units

These lights up my cliff wall at night perfectly - BUT NO BULBS PROVIDED
Only thin to let theses down was the fact that there are no bulbs!They are easy to use, wire and sturdy as well as brightness.

These are nice and sturdy.Have to be wired in, which is why it took a while to review. So far so good.

Good fitting but cable is short
The cable is only approx 300mm long. 1000mm is standard. I now have to join cable's which is more work and costly. The fittings seem good quality though.

Not new
We were sent a pre-used item that was damaged. Very disappointing.

Good quality, but spoilt by inconvenience of a short electrical cable.
A good quality item made from powder-coated aluminium. The housing has a screw seperation in order to install or replace the bulb, this has an 'O'ring seal to prevent water ingress.The ground spike is of a hard plastic which feels robust and secures into the ground easily and sturdily supports the lamp.Disappointingly the electrical cable is super short, only 150mm long, and as such requires an additional weatherproof electrical connection box....at additional cost. This additional box would be difficult to conceal thus detracting from the aesthetics of the lights. I see this cost-cutting measure a lot on electrical devices. Given that these lights are for use in the garden environment, where the likelyhood of a nearby electrical connection is highly unlikely, they should be supplied with a couple of metres of cable, which, for the sake of a couple of extra £'s would make this item a five-star review, such a shame.Interesting to note that the cable connection is omitted from the sales pictures!I would not recommend these lights due to the cable issue, as it means that additional cost and inconvenience is necessary due to petty penny-pinching.A long
