Q: Why does it keep shutting off when I turn it to the brightest setting

Are you using the block that comes with it? If you use a different block to plug it in, it will not stay on the brightest setting, it will dim.

Q: Can you turn the color to any other color. Or does it only show green?

It only shows green. But you can dim it or brighten it with the dimmer switch.

Q: how can I adjust the brightness? It doesn't have anything where I can adjust the brightness....

My Coors Light sign has a switch on the cord that adjusts brightness.
