I was only looking for a pair of internal pliers-but when you see this set for the price it is very good. The grip texture is a good feel and you will not sweat using them. They look solidly made and meet in the middle aligned straight. For the price they are amazing plus they they throw in a handy case to keep protected. Most people will probably use them once a year-these are ideal for the price.

These are great quality and excellent value for money.

The pliars are nice, the tips are decent for 1.8mm tips, the case is ok, the pliars came coated in some machining oil or rust inhibitor and it smells so bad, its permeated into the grips of the pliars and even wearing latex gloves the smell is horrendous - im thinking its off-gassing from the production line.be warned, they are smelly but the quality of the pliars themselves is quite good.

i bought this set since the tips were too short on my other snap ring pliers I had. These have good length of tips to access for recessed areas. These worked great and seem to be of good quality as to not bend or break when I used them to remove some fairly stiff rings. I found them so much easier to use than the style that has one set of pliers with multiple tips. Those have always seemed awkward to me and tend to fall off. This 4 piece set simplifies things and should work for most jobs you would encounter in the shop for both internal and external rings.
