I often take my own products to the nail salon for my gel nail obsession, And this Ferrari red is the perfect gel color for your nails and toes for fall and winter long! Not too orangey orange. Great thickness great value for your money I Highly recommend!

My pkg was damaged. The cover was totally broken. But the product was fine. Also the color is a sharp red-orange so be careful. But I love it.

I love DND polish because it's luxurious in every swipe. It's thick and pigmented ans one coat usually does the trick. It's easy ti work with and levels out beautifully every time. It's well worth the pennies.

I made the mistake of getting a shellac manicure and when I asked what polish I could buy to help keep it up this was what was recommended to me. I purchased it. It took several days to get to me and I cannot figure out how do use it there are no directions. I can’t figure out which bottle is for what, the color is pretty but on application looks terrible. The shellac nails look nice in the manicure phase, but if keeping them up involves using a product that makes basically makes no effort to educate theirusers, and confuses the names gel and shellac,constantly in any effort to find out about it online. I regret being involved with this product. I regret purchasing it. It was way too expensive and it’s really making my nails look terrible. I am extremely disappointed.

I am such a fan of DND Gel! I have dozens of colors and Red Mars is kind of a bold pink red. Is it more pink or more red? I think it probably depends on the undertones in your skin and how many coats you apply. Red Mars applies like a jelly, a little transparent at first, but the opacity builds with each layer. This color does not have any sparkle. This is a pink red you can see from a mile away! It’s a challenge to capture the true essence of this color. But I hope my photo helps. I ordered this and Hot Lava at the same time only to find out that they are almost the same color, Red Mars is slightly more pink, Hot Lava has a little gold sparkle. I do all my manis at home and I am not a professional. I’ve used this with the top and base coat of the same brand as well as the Beetles brand. I prefer Beetles for top and base coat. This polish is easy to apply and lasts long too. For gel manis, I use an LED lamp I got from Amazon. I appreciate that this brand sells their gel polish with the matching color in a lacquer (normal polish) too. I’ve ordered several DND polishes from Amazon until I found out where to get them locally. I now realize the price on here is quite high. One star off because of the price. Other than that, I’m quite happy with this brand.

I’ve been doing my nails at home for years, and most of the DND lacquer colors I have match perfectly with their UV/Gel versions (I always buy the sets). However, that’s not the case with this one. While I love Ferrari Red, I can’t recommend the lacquer version since it lacks the vibrancy of the UV/Gel version, it dries almost instantly and gets clumpy if you don't work fast (it seems to be a different formula from other DND lacquers I own). Keep in mind Ferrari Red is more like a neon orange with a hint of red and it makes the PERFECT summer polish!
