I bought this stroller because of it ability to face baby towards me. We had a day trip coming up and with it folding up small as well as baby facing me I thought it was the perfect buy. However there are practically no directions on the user manual, and it won't fold up. We get to our trip and could not get the stroller to fold back down. Watch videos tried everything and it wouldn't fold. Had no option but to leave it there because it wouldn't fit in our car. Amazon won't refund the item without sending it back. $140 down the drain. Very frustrated with this purchase. You'd have better luck buying a cheap one from Walmart.

Love this style for my preemie newborn. Unfortunately there seems to be something wrong with the mechanism for folding up the base, we have to use pliers to get it to fold up (seems like the wire/cable on the right side is too tight to release and let the base fold) and the button in the handle gets stuck from time to time. Therefore we just keep the stroller out and use it for around the neighborhood and have a different stroller that is easier to fold and transport for our bigger outings.

I am IN LOVE! Baby is due in April so I’ve been gathering larger items in advance to make sure quality is what we need and this is fabulous! Super easy to assemble and folding down is easy as well. The bassinet style option is perfect for newborns and the cover is very durable high quality material. The handle has a comfort pad and the wheels roll very smooth and lock in place well. Would definitely recommend

This stroller did not disappoint. I bought it so my 2 month old could take naps in a completely flat stroller bassinet. It is easy to maneuver and has a surprisingly smooth ride. There is a lot of room for her to grow in it, and I love that it can change to an upright position and face either way. It is super light and easy to fold up, making it great for travel. This is amazing for the price point. The only thing it’s missing is a parent tray/cup holder, but it’s worth it to keep it light and compact.

Latch on handle arrived defective. Couldn't fold it up. Had to return.

Latch on handle for folding stroller is defective. It is very, very difficult to fold for storing and transporting. Also, there is no cushioning for baby’s comfort.

Not only does this item not have enough instructions the photo is deceiving I am looking to send mine back the picture shows the handle can go facing you so you can see your baby but I am not able to do that on my item I am trying to contact seller and that’s hard to do I’m looking to send this back very soon if I can’t get any answers to my questions idk why it’s flimsy as well I need answers
