Bought this just as a power extension cord for my Apple MagSafe charger. And it seems to work well for that purpose. Haven't tried it for extending a USB C data cable.

Nicely made. Works to extend LED (Govee) cord. Also works to extend length of of too-short Apple mag charger.

I purchased this to make the 5 or so inches of an Anker USB-C hub longer but it won’t transmit hdmi signal. However it DOES work as an extension to a regular USB-C cable for charging so I’m keeping it. But still I’m a baby bit disappointed because I specifically bought it for the hub.UPDATE: I’m giving the extender cable 5 stars because admittedly the seller says it won’t work as a USBC hub extender and it was my fault I didn’t review the listing carefully. It does deliver on everything the seller promises and it’s durable and fast charging. Just don’t buy it for a USBC hub.

the material seems a bit brittle but works very well an within spec.

I'm not sure if you're aware, but the wires inside this cable are very thin - a future product improvement could be to increase the diameter of the wires inside the sheath.

I hate it when you travel and you can't get it outlet close enough this makes a wonderful extension for your cord. It's a good value a good price and Amazon gets it to you right away.
