I have had this lighter for more than one and a half years now, and I'm very satisfied with it.I mostly use it to light my smoking pipe, and it works very well. In this case the lock feature is very convenient because I can leave it on and turn it around to light my pipe.Further, I often use it like a torch.I also like the feature that I can see how much gas is left.And finally the fact that it has lasted so far, unlike a couple of other lighters that broke down after a couple of months.

Great little torch lighter. One issue is the safety! Turn on it stays on.

The media could not be loaded. First off the flame jets are angled towards one another so the two mini jet flames turn into one at the tip... and they are mini jet flames so depending on purpose you may need something bigger. For me it's a perfect addition to my collection. The flame adjustment works well it just doesn't go very high, but because of that it lasts much longer between refills than the huge torches we are seeing. The lighter is light but has a hefty feel still with a aluminum shell. I've dropped it twice on a hardwood floor still works fine and no chips. I'm very happy with it and another plus is it fits perfectly in a pocket or bag

It does feel very comfortable in my hand. I also like it that the two torches are angled so they focus on one point. The size is great, it's a pleasure to use.The placement of the flame lock is beyond retarded. That's something you should be able to simply flip while you're hold it. But it's under your thumb. So you not only do you have to use your other hand to turn it on, its awkward and cumbersome to do so as ITS UNDER YOUR THUMB. Worst design of any lock i ever seen.As others have mentioned the flame doesnt immediately go off.The construction seems cheap. The left side sticks out more than the right and I can sorta squeeze it and there's play on that side.Also with mine, unless the flame dial is set for all the way up, it wont put out gas. And already after just a few days the right jet is acting up.However they seem to have an incredible return policy and I bought it for that.I got it for sale on Black Friday and for the price it was an excellent deal. I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could, however I'll revise it to 4 if it holds up. It would certainly gotten a 4 if not for the shoddy construction which is probably not typical but I dont know. The bad placement of the lock is the only real down side to the design but it really is annoying.

The media could not be loaded. Followed instructions on how to fill it & waited well past the advised time to try to use it, but no matter how low the setting is it will at first burn normally with the blue flame, (about 5-6 seconds), but then had an orange flame that was at least twice as long as the blue flame. (Had it lit less than 10 seconds total). Tried to go to the website to register it for the warranty & see if I could get some advisement on the orange flame but unfortunately their website is not secured (doesn't support HTTPS) and have had some serious issues with one site a few years ago that make me hesitate to continue to it. I have had this kind of lighter before (3-4 from various sellers/brands) and been more than pleased with them & hoped this would be the same. Will likely return it unless I can find a way to contact their Customer Service Team, so if that happens and I get the issue resolved will definitely change the rating.

This torch lighter is really nice and sturdy. Does NOT come filled with butane which is fine. Use butane with close to zero impurities for a long lasting flame before the next refill! I love this lighter!!

Great torch always works so far so good. Hold butane doesn't run out fast. Overall very good torch
