The massaging platforms that spin and gave the massaging balls on them cracked on the part that connects it to the spindle. I had one from years ago that I bought at Brookstone and the material wore out but none of the mechanisms have. I have an old t-shirt rigged on it so I can use it but bought another one for my wife, at it has broken after 3 months of casual use.

This is a second massager I had bought in 10 years.Will recommend to anyone who would ask.

I love the product I share it with friends. I use it a lot, and I lost the cord. I don’t know where to get a cord, I don’t know how to get a hold of anybody except through here. If anybody can help me get another cord for this and give a description of what kind of cord I would need to purchase. I would be so grateful. Everybody I have shared this with, which is a lot………. are in ‘awe’!
