Easy to use. Deep massage.
These massage balls are stationary and ideally used with oil. I think this stationary feature offers a more intense and deeper massage than tools that have moving parts. I also like that it fits hard to reach places with greater ease than the longer manual massagers.

Cheap and falls apart
Do not order this. It is cheap and falls apart. The handle broke on me and it is hard to use and does not feel good on your skin.
