So, I bought two washable rugs at once: one Ruggable and one "off-brand." The off-brand was cute enough, decent colors, fun style… but then the Ruggable arrived, and it was game over.First, the nonslip mat—this thing is legit. Sturdy but light, it keeps the rug totally flat, like it’s glued to the floor. And the top layer? Stylish, easy to clean, and lies perfectly flat with no annoying corners curling up to trip you.Now, let me tell you, I’m old school. I thought rugs should be pure wool or jute, and polyester was just evil. But turns out Ruggable’s polyester is some kind of magic because this rug is everything. I was so impressed I signed up for the Ruggable newsletter and already have three more rugs in my cart, just waiting for Black Friday. My cleaning lady thought ruggable would be a bad idea. I decided to give it a try anyway.The rug arrived as scheduled. I was able to lay it out on my kitchen floor exactly as I had thought I would. The top fit very nicely and snuggly on the padding. So far so good.This morning, I spilled an entire container of feta cheese along with the smelly, sour brine. Oh dear.I quickly threw a dishcloth on the puddle of brine, fold it up the rug top and brought it downstairs to the washing machine. As instructed, I washed it in cold water, a less than aggressive cycle, and did not add fabric softener or bleach. When the washing machine was done I simply hung the wet rug over the railing of the back porch so it could dry in the sun.About an hour later the rug was dry and clean. It very easily attached back on the padding.I'm happy to say my cleaning lady was wrong. This product is fabulous. The extra thick padding is wonderful to walk on and the top cleans perfectly.What a wonderful idea for washable rugs that are quite pretty.I look forward to buying more in the future.

Once I saw this rug, I knew I had to have it. It’s just one of those things you can’t pass up and when it came delivered to my door, it did not disappoint! My dog already took the liberty of peeing on it and after a good cleaning in the washing machine, it still looks great. I would say it’s a bit overpriced but I don’t regret my purchase. It’s soft but not thick. Ruggables are more for appearance and convenience over comfort. I like these rugs for small areas that get a lot of traction, like a hallway or entryway.We have another ruggable in our living room that’s 12x9 and it does not fit into a conventional washing machine. So great for small areas but not large! Overall, I’m very pleased with our new entryway rug

I consider myself to be a VERY discerning shopper when it comes to my home decor. I had looked at Ruggable products countless times and just couldn't get off high center. When I eventually saw this beautiful design, I decided to make the purchase (9 x 12) and am so glad I did. The rug and pad (which I love) are both first-class quality, the colors beautiful, and the impact stunning. Everyone who has entered my family room since I purchased the rug has commented on how beautiful it is. I could not be happier with Ruggable and actually bought two more during their 20% off Labor Day Sale. Go for it. You will love it!

This rug is gorgeous!! It’s definitely machine washable, very light & the pad underneath is really easy to attach. Highly recommend.

I was excited about this rug but the color is completely different from what the website shows. It looks like a nice muted bluish gray online but in person it is a vibrant cobalt blue. My photo doesn’t show the true color either. It was BOLD. It did not match with my decor at all. Quality was not what I was expecting for the price either. The rug arrived with threads along the outside of rug that were unraveling in spots - it looked like they had come in contact with sandpaper. Overall, I was underwhelmed and doubt I’ll ever order a ruggable rug again. Do not recommend.

Bought this runner for our entryway, where we get the most dirt and people walking in and out. It. Is. Amazing! The rug is not only beautiful, it stays put, is easy to vacuum and hides any dirt that may be there until you get a chance to clean it. Now…onto the washing…I was shocked how simple it was! My dog got sick on our rug. I cleaned up most of the mess with dry paper towels, then rolled the runner up and threw it in the washing machine. It washed beautifully! Just like new! Would love to replace all of my rugs with Ruggables!

Love the look. Colors are beautiful. Great that you can throw the rug itself in the washer. BUT…for anything liquid, you’ll have to also clean the very cumbersome and heavy rug pad that’s under the rug, which had to be done “by hand”. This is a formidable task, and not easily accomplished. My dog peed on the rug, and I am still trying to get the smell out of the pad. Just be aware if you have dogs, and they per on it, it suddenly becomes unusable, unless you figure out a way to thoroughly clean the pad.
