Good quality,easy to set up and looks pretty smart in the kitchen. I m not sure how accurate the notifications are. They are not in real time, which wouldn't necessarily bother me, but I ve never seen him drink from the fountain and yet I get notifications every day. Sometimes he is by me sleeping. So I always think he drank before going for a nap, but I just didnt get notified in real time. Thats what I tell myself after buying a pricey fountain, hoping to delay a kidney disease.Otherwise, the water fountain is perfect, easy to set up, easy to clean. App is easy to use. Noise level is very low.

Bought July, stopped working December. Have to leave the lid off all the time because the water doesn’t pump. Can’t get hold of customer support for replacement. Would not recommend

This water fountain is great, my cat loves it. Easy to set up, also with the app, and easy to clean. I love the cleaning reminders and push notifications when my cat stops for a drink. Just a bit pricey!

Very elegant and our cats love the nozzle. It’s also a breeze to clean with its wireless charging base and good design. However, sadly, the networking capabilities on this device are not ideal as it disconnects. ISupport implies it was our Wi-Fi at first... We have 3Gbits of reliable internet that connects flawlessly with every other smart gadgets at home. We tried putting this a few feet away from the router inside our office and it still disconnects once or twice a day. Perhaps my unit was defective?Bought the PETKIT one and it has been working flawlessly from the living room. Despite being less elegant, on top of reliability, it is better designed to keep hairs and particles away from the top so cats drink cleaner.Update: Customer Support reached out and offered a full refund on them.

Having owned other Petlibro products I am honestly so disappointed with this product. I paid more for the ability to track water consumption but it simply doesn't perform. Right out the box it wasn't recording data correctly. I thought ok fine, new fountain, maybe my cat isn't drinking. So I set up a camera just to see what was going on. What became apparent was that it was missing several recordings or only recording the drinking for a few seconds. Probably not even 20% of the time it was recording correctly. I contacted customer support and began a long process of me supplying photos, videos, screenshots of the logs etc with the promise of an update to make the algorithm better. The update supposedly came but we have seen no noticed improvement. At no point did they ever question that my one simply wasn't working or offer a replacement, which makes me think this is just how they perform?The fountain itself is fine. Runs fine, pretty quiet, I like the stainless steel. So for that aspect there is no issue, for me it comes down to the point I paid for the app functionality and tracking and it is grossly inconsistent at best. I really hope it improves over time because the product has so much potential and I really love the brand. If it does I will update this review.

This products is not for youThis product requires a constant power supply.When I purchased I thought it was battery powered fountains . Which features charging once a week & on off sensor when the cat is near the fountain.This version does not have these features.This was not clearly mentioned in the products description.The app is disappointing & is also a way of trying to get you to subscribe to subscription.
