I love it .This is a Good camra. The tripod is a little flimsy. The led bright. The light is great size.

Great budget or starting Cam
Great camera for someone just starting out, the picture good but not great, the zooming in and out got a little wild sometimes but overall when i finally got it sorted it ran smooth. i would say this would be a good zoom webcam or someone beginning to stream for the first time and wants a low investment.

Cool idea, quality webcam **stopped working after 3 mos**
I've been using a 1080p webcam for work that I've just found to be lacking in quality. I deal with video resolutions on a daily basis and work with a big 50" 4K screen in my face, and while the competitor may say 1080p, the sensor is so bad that the resolution isn't any better than 480p webcams from the early 00s.So I thought I'd check this one out, and the little light ring seemed like a unique idea. The quality is absolutely better on this webcam--it's not blatantly poor quality the way the other is. I don't know that the light ring makes THAT much difference--if I turn it up all the way then it's annoying having it right in my face, and if it's not up all the way it doesn't seem to do much. When I use the warmer light the software adjusts and makes my face look super pink and red as well. I'm sure that's the particular software I'm using though and don't blame the webcam for it.The one drawback is that the silver reflective middle area is very cheap looking. Think barbie-mirror-sticker cheap. It also shows finger prints like crazy, and you put your fingers on it all the time opening and closing the privacy window and turning the ring light on.It's better than what I had, for about the same price (I think a little cheaper, actually) than what I had, so I heartily recommend it.**update**I've changed the start rating from 5 to 2, as the camera only worked for almost exactly 3 months. I work remotely and use the camera maybe twice a week for 30 mins each. I don't move the camera around, I don't carry it anywhere, it stays in one spot on my desk, and now the video portion of it has stopped working. Electronics should last more than 3 months of occasional use.

pretty good with some issues
Setup on a Windows 10 machine was perfect plug and play, started working right away.As others have noted, the ring light does increase the size of what you have sticking up above your monitor a bit.My issue has been it's general focusing performance. At times it seems to have trouble focusing to get a high def image, and some issues with light detection. When it's trying to detect light levels it tends to "blink", making the image go from light to dark and back again repeatedly and keep doing it until you adjust the light. At times the ring light isn't even enough to make it stop. At first it seemed like it only happened in lower light conditions but now it just seems to happen randomly. It's quite frustrating.I'll say I never had those issues with my Logitech 720p cam, which worked great even in low light, so I have to assume it's subpar quality in the components or design of this cam. I've searched for driver updates and such but there are none, it just uses the standard Windows drivers.I received this as a review sample so I'll be keeping it but if I had paid for it I would be exchanging or returning it as I don't feel it's working properly or sufficiently.

Well this exceeded my expectations
This was easy to set up and connect. I love the slide to cover the camera lens when not in use. Also, the lighting is amazingly simple to adjust. You literally just take the face plate on the camera and it turns on. Touch it again and the brightness adjusts. Keep going through the levels of brightness for the white light and then you'll come to a more yellow/ softer light also with different brightness levels. The resolution is good, I wouldn't say great though. However, for basic Zoom calls it works nicely
