I read somewhere that this supplement helps with sleep. It has helped me fall asleep more easily.

I was Shocked to see that the bottle is 1/3 full of capsules. This plastic container is HUGE & such a waste of plastic. If you have a small space - won’t fit in a drawer or the small shelf cabinets.

I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall sleep quality since I started taking it. I also combine it with magnesium l-threonate and vitamins D and K. I've just ordered a second bottle and plan to continue using it. This is a great supplement!

I ordered these because Huberman recommended them on his pod cast for sleep. I really didn't notice a difference. I tried two bottles but won't order again. They don't help me sleep.

At first I did not notice a difference, but a month in and my tracker says I'm getting more deep sleep which is what I wanted it for.If it is providing any of the other benefits it touts, I cannot confirm but if one works, I certainly hope the others are.
