PETLIBRO Automatic Cat Feeder comes with a camera and provides us with a great way to make sure our kitties get their dinner even when we are running late or want to go away for one night.I love the camera that comes installed at the front of the feeder. It's brilliant even when the lights are low in the house as it has a night vision mode.Well built and so far after two months it has never failed to dispense food etc.I like to check in on our cats via camera to see how they are getting on throughout the day. The app to connect to the feeder to program it is super user friendly and it took no time at all to set it all up.Now my cats got so much used to this feeder that they sit waiting patiently before it dispenses the food. Unlike us that feeder is always on time, I believe my cats much prefer their dinner time not being late.

I’ve never used an automatic feeder like this before, so having the opportunity to try one as flashy as this out was a bit of a novelty!We typically feed our cats wet food, which of course this was not designed for, but nevertheless it is an impressive piece of kit. I can’t speak to long term reliability, but it’s very handy for occasional use when you can’t avoid it. Leaving your cats unattended for a great length of time is not advisable of course. (Plenty of water needs to be freely available, and then there is the litter issue…) If you feed your cats dry food permanently I can see how this would actually be a very useful way to feed your cats on a day to day basis even when you are at home and monitor what and when they eat a bit more closely.This feels very well-made and worth the money considering the technology built into it. We were impressed with the image quality of the camera, and the ability to speak to your pet remotely is quite something too! If you aren’t at home and your cats are of a more sensitive/clingy nature using this feature might a actually distress them if they can’t find you though.In summary - terrific!

The app control is easy to use, and I like the ability to dispense food manually or schedule feedings in advance. One of my favourite features is the real-time voice option, which lets me talk to my cats while I’m away. They seem to recognise my voice, which makes me feel closer to them when I can't be home. The low food sensor is also great because it alerts me when the food is running low, so I never have to worry about them going hungry. And, the blockage sensor ensures that the food dispenses properly, so there are no messes to clean up. Additionally, the feeder is easy to clean and maintain, and the large capacity hopper means I don't have to refill it as often.

You can put in some information about your cat, like their age and weight. It will notify you when the cats are using the feeder and when it needs to be refilled as food is running low. It has a mains option, but also a batteries option. If you don't want to plug it in, it takes D batteries.For the hardware itself, the camera is good quality. If you want to store and rewatch the footage, then you need to purchase an SD card. The microphone is a nice addition if you're away and want to talk to your cat. It might be a while before they get used to that. Mine were looking around for me.The food compartment holds a good amount of biscuits and is easily accessible by just twisting off the lid.Overall, I really like it. It's ideal when I'm away for a night, and if something gets delayed for a little longer for some reason, I'm not worried about the cats not eating enough. Saves hiring someone to check in and do it for you. If you do pay someone, then this feeder will pay for itself in no time.Don't forget to leave enough water out for them as well for the duration that you will be away, and enjoy your day out!

Best thing I’ve ever bought for my girls. The sensor and camera are great, best to buy an SD card though if you want to keep the footage. It’s simple to use, the battery is pretty good and gives you that peace of mind when having to leave them for extended periods of time. 10/10 in my opinion 👌🏻
