I absolutely LOVE this product. It tastes good, a little goes a long way. I like valerian and that it is an adaptogen. I am sensitive to herbs and medications so I add 1-2 tsps into my nightcap tea. This blend is wonderful and I hope it is around for a long time. I am giving it as a gift bc I regard it so highly. Thank you for making this!

Really works well to calm me down and get me to sleep. If you’re not used to valerian, it may smell weird at first! Don’t be afraid though, it tastes great.

It had hunks of stuff floating in it. The taste was good but it is really hard to swallow because you feel like you are swallowing a bug or something. The herbs are just WAY TOO BIG!
