I have never taken this for pain so I can't comment on that, but It does help me sleep. I have had issues with insomnia for about a year and have tried various sleep aids. Most sleep aids leave people feeling groggy in the morning or throughout the next day. Most sleep aids I have tried didn't really work well or if they did, I hated the side effects so I just did not want to take them. I tried this at the recommended dose and I slept all night without knowingly waking up and still felt like I could sleep longer. I had no side effects to name and usually right after I wake up and get out of bed, I could feel the grogginess fade away rather quickly. Its the only sleep aid I have used that helps me sleep naturally and has no lasting effects the next morning. It seems to work the same as plain wild lettuce without the poppy, but I prefer the extract over dried plant matter. Its better value per dose and easier/quicker to use.

I'm very skeptical, but thought I would give it a try. After about a week, my pain wasn't as sharp and I wasn't taking as much ibuprofen. I'm ordering more & hope my hubby will try as well.

There is no detailed description as to what this product helps with..it only says “this product helps!”.. but helps what? Lol! I read some reviews to find out what others said it helped them with to see if it might be beneficial to me..I bought it for my Crohn’s pain and muscle spasms/pain but it didn’t touch any of it..I wasn’t looking for a cure bc obviously there isn’t one for Crohn’s lol!! But at least a tad bit of relief! I tried requesting a refund..this seller doesn’t want you sending it back once opened and they denied my request bc they said my reason didn’t meet their return criteria..fortunately Amazon reps were kind enough to give me a credit since this seller wouldn’t help at all!!

I used this product for severe arthritic pain.i had previously used plain wild lettuce.the added poppy did add more pain relief.however the taste was extremely bitter.

Everyone is a bit different. I did see some relief but nothing life changing. It helps with mild pain.

Works as advertised, but it’s definitely the worst smelling and tasting blend I’ve tried and I’ve tried 3 other brands.
