the Kit was a bit old and the tissue paper was slightly faded and the directions were in all Chinese. But since I have a lot of experience building these kits and there were plenty of pictures in the directions, I decided to build anyway. Plus , 35 mm in English is still 35 mm in Chinese so I could understand a little.I was absolutely surprised by how delighted I was with the finished product. It definitely rates as one of my favorite kits and I’d do it again . Recommend getting a short sting of white “fairy lights” to glue to the perimeter of the ceiling before adding the roof so you can see inside better.I also bought some miniature “bricks” to do the walkway outside. Love it!
