Works great! but the manual is very hard to follow and not complete

one camera just stopped working it wasn't the wires it was he camera its self

Most excellent product I must say. Bought this for a customer to do an installation at their home. After running all the cable trying to fit through the attic penetrating the holes mounting of the cameras to the wires I waited to do the grand presentation and it was flawless. When the cameras are in your hand they are not cheap plastic cameras you can feel the metal casing around it very protected from getting any condensation on the inside.When mounting these cameras it's such a breeze when do you loosen the cameras and let them dangle very easy to install and screw in just remember at your highest point of these cameras you have to look for the groove in the mount. I will definitely buy more cameras from this company so far the best company I have bought cameras from and not have a problem once.

The wide camera angle is great. I had a power supply problem, Will, from Customer service took care of the problem really quick. If you get the 8 camera system, order 2x of the 1 to 4 power splitter. The 1 to 8 power splitter doesn’t power 8 cameras. The app works great as well. You can play back video. Switch from standard view to high definition view. It was quick to set up. The instructions were a little hard to understand. Overall this will be a great system. The night vision is really good. The 3 photos I posted are the same camera. The night vision makes it look like the porch light is on. But it’s not. The third photo is with the porch light on.

I buy it read all descriptions,but reality is so different,video quality is not perfect, even any car park infront of house u can’t see number plate,look like a white board, I m very upset after buy it. Last 08/29/2022, one guy stolen my motorcycle, I see camera one guy takings motorcycle buy picture quality so poor,we naver recognize the person

The media could not be loaded.  My experience with the Tonton system, their customer service, and the tech support they provide, is by far the best I have seen in decades. Good quality electronics. Easy to install, good manuals, good website with support and help, but above all a world class customer service (better than any company in the U.S.) Just ask for Abby. I was able to get some of my cameras to work in color at night with minimum lighting. See my pictures and video for the details. A phone app that works flawless. A computer software that works flawless too. Best guarantee of all similar products listed in Amazon. I did weeks of research on these systems. Super happy with this purchase.

I purchased the Tonton camera set to replace my exsisting wireless Cameras which i had problems with signal loss. This set works wire well and no more hesitations i experienced with the wireless cameras. After a couple of weeks of use one of the cameras went bad. (Went all gray scale and never changed). So i contacted customer support. Talked to Abby from Tonton and imediately was sent a replacement camera. They were always contacting me to make sure I was being taken care of. I was impressed with the support and concern that I was given. Nice change. Thank You Abby for the great service!
