Delivered perfect and tastes just as good as the cheese I had at my Mom's.

I love the taste of this cheese but $52.00 for 3.5 lb is quite pricey.

I like this cheese very much. The only problem was in the shipping. When it arrived it was partly melted. Plain cardboard is a poor insulator. This is a hard cheddar cheese so it is not something you can spread. I was supposed to get a refund but it never showed up. I will not order from this vendor again.

you can usually find much smaller portions of this cheese in the upscale cheese section at your grocers. the main reason for buying a very large portion of it, is that fits in with a keto-type diet, or simply because you like cheese the way others like cake or pie. you should know that this cheese has excellent shelf-life, so you can easily justify buying such a large ant as this.

My sister introduced me to this cheese. I fell in love. It is not too oily and has a mild taste.

I have had Dubliner cheese before, at a friends house. I went in search of it, and bought more purposely, because of that prior experience. But this was terrible. Can’t know if this buy was over aged, salvaged from a total bad lot or inexperienced amateurs, but this was an expensive mistake.I've tossed most of it and won’t be back for more from this source.

I bought this cheese at Costco and it was delicious. However, what I nought from Amazon was very dry and not creamy at all.
