Best price for excellent fiber
It is flavorless and completely dissolves in coffee, making it a VERY easy way to add fiber to your diet. I use 3 two-teaspoon servings a day. It does work; I believe along with plant sterol capsules helped lower my cholesterol 27 points. And this is the most economical form of fiber powder I’ve found.

When you need a little help to stay regular...
At my age, I need all the help I can get. I put a scoop full of this in my coffee every morning. It does the job perfectly, is tasteless, and odorless, and dissolves instantly.You will like this one.

Better than any other brand! And, use less.
This is the best fiber. It does not get slimy or thick. There is no taste whatsoever. But, it really does the trick. Much better than Benefiber .... It's cheaper and you use less. Great stuff.

NOT like BENEFIBER!!!
I always bought Benefiber, and decided to try this because it was cheaper than Benefiber. That was a big mistake. While the nutritional value is the same between the two products, and while this Kirkland product has no taste [just like Benefiber]...this Kirkland product DOES NOT MIX WELL IN WATER. I was able to mix Benefiber in water effortlessly, quickly, and completely. No problem ever mixing Benefiber. The Kirkland product stays clumpy, no matter how much I try to mix it. You get what you paid for...it's cheaper for a reason. NOT LIKE BENEFIBER...does not mix well at all. --- REVISED & UPDATED: After using this product for a week or so, I discovered something by accident. If you add the fiber to your drink and wait a minute or so, it mixes very easily, very well with no clumps....just like Benefiber. This product mixes just like Benefiber, but you have to wait a minute after adding the fiber before mixing it [whereas with Benefiber you can add it and mix it]. Small, insignificant difference. Overall, just like Benefiber.

Long term issues like Constipation, gas, acidity are thigs of the past
I had long-time stomach issues e.g. constipation, gas, not being able to sleep because of acidity ...When I started fiber supplement in pregnancy to keep things regularit started healing my stomach issues, so I slowly increased my supplement intaketo make sure my body gets enough fiber daily.And I am a few months postpartum, still taking the fiber supplement and now my stomach issues are gone like magic.Every morning things are so regular and I feel fresh.I sleep soundly every night as no more constipation or gas troubles or acidity is keeping me awake.Most likely having clean bowel moment every day gave time to my tummy time to heal other issues.Quality of daily life has significantly improved, I wish I had started it sooner.

Works great for a fiber supplement
Likes: Dissolves completely in beverage, no taste, softens food naturally in the GI tract to make the "go" easier and more complete!Dislikes: [Not a true dislike but note] It can take while to dissolve in cold beverages.Note: I take 2 teaspoons in my last beverage for the day or with water before going to sleep, each day!
