Replaced a very old but expensive set of taps with these and am delighted with the quality and price. The design is so much better than the traditional tap. Fitted a spray connection which is so useful. Overall a delighted customer.

We’ve needed to replace our kitchen taps for a little while but struggled to find suitable ones. They were usually stumpy and ridiculously short.I ordered the black handle version of these and we are SO pleased with them. Nice long thread to get through the depth of our wooden drainer. Lovely smooth mechanism. Couldn’t be happier with them.

Seems good quality the valves work well no dripping.

Great tap for the money , excellent value , easy to install and does the job. Quailty is better than expected for the money, but not that of a £200 tap so be realistic! Tap positions are slightly odd (forward when off rather than when on) but not an issue for me, jus take not if you are buying

Received 3 days earlier than expected. Well packaged, and look like good quality. Tap controls far better than the rubbish Howdens supplied & replaced twice in 7 years! Simple fit to existing stalks in under 5 mins. I actually prefer the front facing handles to the old side facing (when off). I hope these last longer than 3 years like previous..fingers crossed! Overall very pleased AND great product for the low price. Highly recommended seller.

Replaced an existing mixer unit, so feeder stubs were not required. Bolted straight on. No more drips. Cold tap was slightly off in angle, so not quite parallel to hot, but no trouble -- next spline probably off on the opposite side. Fast delivery. Don't forget to nip the mixer-neck nut tight. Only needed a large, adjustable spanner to fit. Time will tell how long the cartridge will last before dripping. I am in Southern England, with the world's worst limescale, so this area is a good test. CaCO3 (chalk) destroys cartridges, causing leaks within a few years. The supplier might refer tap buyers to a replacement-cartridge source.

Look good but need missing flexible tails as being fitted on Thursday fingers crossed send me replacement in time

The photos on Amzon did not do the tap justice - I thought that I was buying something functional and cheap and cheerful but what arrived looked like something worth ten time what I paid for. The quality of the chrome was next level. Very pleasantly surprised - love it!
