I got this cam with the extended battery pack to add to our existing system. It came with a sync module, mount & lithium batteries. I mounted it over our deck door so it can view the deck and most of the backyard. The picture & video are clear and bright. During set up the app allowed me to add it as a separate system from my doorbell cams because we're on the deck a lot and there's a lot of foliage and yard ornaments that move. I can shut off just the back cam and still have the doorbells armed. So far, it has worked great and we feel safer since our house is now monitored front & back.

First of all, I love this product. it comes with a sync module mount as well, and all I can say as someone who is very particular with how wiring should be managed, the short wire that comes with the sync module's case is God sent. It is the perfect length that you can barely see any extra wire that can be eye sore. Very clean looking, love it.As for the mount for the Blink Camera itself, this will protect your outdoor Blink camera for sure, as it adds an extra layer of protection as it covers the whole thing. Can't say it will protect it from the weather completely, but it definitely helps. The fact it is easy to install and inexpensive, I say it is a no brainer to buy this! The 360 adjustability of the mount gives me freedom to put this anywhere on my house too. Whether it be on a ceiling, or on a wall.

The camera is easy to install and setup.I did have some questions and difficulties with it having a strong signal strength from the module to my modem.Which makes it drop from full bars to sometimes 3 or less.Overall though it's been working OK with a slight delay in picking up movement.

These are great, they can be installed quickly and are easy to connect onto the the app. Even if you want to add more than the (set of 6 you originally bought for instance), you can easily add another one to the system and it'll work perfectly.Definitely be aware of where you are putting these and what your goal is. If you want privacy but yet control the system by yourself these are prefect. I didn't need to hire another company to watch my cameras for me because i can just turn on notifications and get updates on my phone of any movement they pick up. The ONLY con for me, would be that you don't have someone watching. so they can't call 911 for you. But cant you call?If you install one on the back corner of your property and there is a tree nearby, note if the tree grows overtime that leaves might fall into the camera view, triggering it to go off. So you might need to trim the branches every so often.After 30 days you have you pay for storage, however its very minimal.

I have two blink cameras on the exterior of my house and one white camera inside my house. Setting up and maintaining them has been super easy. I purchased this one and I’ve had more difficulty with it connecting to the module and staying connected along with display in a picture and getting a live view.

For my Blink outdoor security camera, I bought this package mostly for the Sync Module 2 Outlet Mount. I didn't realize the camera mount the Blink camera came with was terrible and not meant to withstand nature. The mount the Blink camera came with takes no pressure to knock it down. A squirrel knocked it off the mount, a branch knocked it down, and rain made it move. This does not happen with the Blink Outdoor Wall Mount with Weatherproof Protective Cover. Once you install it and securely tighten the fasteners, it does not move. Now, squirrels jump all over it and it does not budge. We've had severe rain and wind and nothing moves it. It's water tight as well, so no moisture gets in. I highly recommend this outdoor mount if you are installing your Blink camera outside.
