We got this filter in October and have been using it for a month now. I take it straight to the tap, fill water and the filter does the rest. The microcarbon and ion pearls keep the impurities and smell out. The filter indicator reminds us when its time for change. The taste has improved dramatically and its hardness is reduced too. Its the best purchase I hv made till date.

Some repair work happened in our building after which water starter smelling. Boiling water made it safe but water was still having smell. Immediately ordered this. So filtered water from Brita and then the smell is all gone even water sparkles a bit or looks clearer. This is an excellent product to remove bad taste and smell from water. But the instructions are clear that purified or drinking water is to be used. This is not a complete water purifying solution and company does not claim it is.So we filter water with Brita and then boil it for killing germs.Have used this when in other countries as well. Brita is a good brand and lives up to its name with quality!

Good but the filter last not a month . And the replacement filters are expensive

Its usable and good, but the changing of cartridges every 1 month didn't seem economical. Further the cartridge made up of plastic would accumulate to non bio degradable waste. So the solution didn't look greener to me.

They boasts much about German technology but in reality it is a disgusting design. Just one activated carbon filter which you have to push it in the plain slot until you are satisfied that water doesn't leak. And the worst is the lid and funnel which you have to simply place in the jug loosely without any lock and when you tilt the jug to pour water, the whole funnel along with filter and lid come out of the plastic jug. You need to hold jug in one hand and hold the lid pressing to prevent it from falling out. Even the nozzle design is so poor that water spills while pouring water. And they recommend putting purified water in it to purify again. It is not even worth 5₹500/-.
